Beds were creaking and you had to turn very carefully, in order not to wake your roommate. The late check in was a bit weird, but we got to visit most of the sights until then and were more unhurried the next day.

Spacious room and shower. Hotel conveniently situated near bus and tram stops, as well as supermarkets. Heavy doors, made you feel safe.

It was hard to do a check-in, as there is no reception. Further, the hotel is next to the train station and it's super noisy. Overall, it was a clean place in general. The phone number on the door does not work.

The location was fine if you are okay with endless noise from the train station.

1. To check in you have to go other place to take a key, with luggage it’s difficult a bit and the same for check out you need to bring them key from room. No resorption in the property. 2. No light at stairs in building, so you have to use your torch which is not comfortable when hands are busy with bags. Looking creepy 3. The bed was worst: each time you are turning while sleeping it making sound for whole building. Horrible. So each time you wake up from this noise. For couple impossible bed. 4. No shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in shower

We stayed in apartment #2. It's nothing that we saw in booking description and photos. The house and the entrance are scary, the room is not as described. The area was full of drunk people and very noisy. As a train station right there and all night there was a noise. The bedding and towels are not clean and fresh and seemed like someone already slept there . The bathroom is not clean and maintained very badly that we decided to skip the shower. No real solution was suggested form the reception or apartment’s management. The bed was making a lot of noise when turning from one side to another. We were very disappointed with our stay and couldn't get too much sleep.

Bathroom and toilet could be a little bit cleaner. There was no one at the location, calling the number on the door with no answer many times. I had to go to the other hostel ten minutes away too pick up the key. There was really dark at the staircase.

I paid 200pln and I'm sure that you can find a much better place for this money. - wifi was not working - the shower holder was broken, so whenever you try to use it - it falls down - the bedding set wasn't clean - the towel was faded with some stains - there was only 1 towel and not that great - the bathroom was not clean The biggest problem was that you need to collect keys in another place which is like 500 meters from the apartment. To checkout - you need to do the same, so you need to go with your luggage all the way to collect the keys and then go to the apartment. Same stuff when checking out. Please note that it's not possible to leave the luggage near the apartment without collecting the key.

You have to take the keys in the other place. But you will know it after you book. It's so noisy staying in the room so it seems like there are no walls at all. You can hear everything people talk in their rooms, how they take shower, how they come and leave and so on. So you won't feel lonely)) Of course I know this is not the luxury hotel but guys, respect at least your own selves when you offer sheets with a hole to your guests. Or it seems you as smth ordinary? It is awful especially with these black balls on it. And a piece of nightmare from my room no 5. You have your own small balcony where only you can enter. But also there is a window of your neighbors. So don't be shy or frightened when you wake up in the middle of the night and see the another man's head at your balcony. I could become speechless after that out of the blue. This 3th (in my country we count it even 4th) floor. My 20 kilo luggage wasn't enthusiastic with that.

We arrived at the accommodation's address and we couldn't get in, we tried to call the reception a several times but no one answered. When we managed to get in touch with them, the woman we talked couldn't speak English very well and we had a hard time until we got along. At the end, they told us to get our keys from the the reception that it was 15 minutes away from the rooms's location, carrying our luggage with us. The location was a little scary to walk at night, but near the center of Katowice. The rooms were cold, the bed mattresses were so thin like we were gonna sleep on wooden boards and the linens were just blankets, at winter (January 22). The rooms were dirty, we saw a tuft of hair at the bathroom mat and the toilet had yellow stains, also we found on the bed a disgusting jelly that means that no one cleaned the rooms before our arrival. We immediately booked another accommodation to stay the night and we left.
