Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

New ZealandFantastic apartment for our stay in Krakow! Looked like the pictures and had everything we needed. Close to tram station to get into town and a Lidl. We travelled by car so it was great to have a free parking spot behind the building. Hosts were very communicative and came to meet us to hand over the keys. Great value for money, should be more expensive really! Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Krakow 👌

Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and quiet apartment that can sleep 5 (maybe more, if someone's on the couch and the owners allow it). We were only 2, so had ample room and a bathroom each. Host met us on arrival, and very generously provided fruit and a bunch of carnations - a sweet touch - as well as espresso capsules and tea. Wifi fast, faultless. Netflix available, so too (in theory, I didn't use it) Amazon movies. The apartment is very comveniently located about 300 m from Białucha tram stop, which is 3 stops from Krakow Główny, the main train station, on the number 5 tram, and there's a Lidl conveniently located besides Białucha. Checkout is simple, keys can be left in a coded lock box.

Near to Lidl n other eateries. 2 bathrooms, 1 was huge and the other a bit small. Well equipped kitchen. Surroundings felt safe and quiet. Loved that bed was firm type. United KingdomThe apartment was nice and clean and full of everything you could ever need. It was very comfortable and a perfect place to come home to after a long day out. Bedrooms where bright and clean, plenty of space in a huge fitted wardrobe for all our clothes. It fit 4 adults comfortably but an extra bed is there too. Fresh fruit and chocolate left for us as well as magazine full of activities. There was a washing machine, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, TV with Netflix built in, great locks on the door, shower and bath. The list could go on. Everything you needed was there! Also amazing communication with the owner who offered any help that you may need. Honestly an easy and wonderful place to stay. We used uber a lot of the time to get into the main square and it was cheap and easy! I think it was around a 20 minute walk but it was super easy to get around with the tram stop right outside the back of the building. Lidl is literally a 5 minute walk down the road too as well as a convenience shop being opposite the main entrance.
