The door sound isolation is poor, so it can get noisy even if neighbors are having regular voice conversation. It was not very clean. So they clean the floor and some surfaces but less common areas are extremely dusty (bedside lamp, headboard)

Freezer compartment of fridge had rubbish in it and wasn't clean. Top drawer of desk was full of old stuff. There was no bedside light and the overhead light was harsh when I was reading in bed. Pictures made accommodation look bigger than it is but it was quite big enough.

Cleanliness of bathroom. Comfortable bed. Price. Convenient location for airport. Quiet. Garden. Helpful immediate answers online when I couldn't find the property.

+ Room is quite spacy with own bathroom You dont hear neighbours + In corridor there is kinda small kitchen with microwave and washing machine +we had big spacy terrace on 1st floor with table + around are all shops carefour 2min Žabka 5 min, bedronka 10 min + a lot of restaurants/pizza nearby + owner was responsive +suitable if you have car

Directions to reach the address/ gate correctly to then be able to follow the instructions aren't there. Also, the photo is really not at all what you're getting.

No bells and whistles. All the basics are there and they are decent. It's a bed and bathroom.

Cleaniness (nothing terrible, but a little more thoroughness would be necessery).

Near to Chopin Airport. Grocery store in 3 min walk. Nice neighborhood. Bus stop in 4 min walk, tram stop in 10 min walk. Shopping center in 15 min walk. Apartment is little but nice, had everything needed (fridge, electric kettle, hair dryer, air cooler). Nice owner, fast responding.

The sink got clogged very fast. The walls needed some repainting since it had a lot of stains. Hard to contact the host sometimes. A tv in the room would've been nice too.

Walking distance to everything. You got all you needed in the room. Easy guide from the host how to get to the building (via mail with pictures) so no need to meet the host.

The girl on the phone wasn`t so friendly, I felt like she was kinda annoyed when she was trying to explain me location. Location is good bcs its`n so far from airport but to find this house it`s kinda hard. Google map didn`t help, I needed to asked people for help. Also to take key from box was also a bit problematic They need to fix this bcs if not one guy, I couldn`t open it and would stay in the street. In general, not so bad if u need to stay just for one night and to not sleep in the airport.

Whole apartment which is divided into 5 rooms reeks of cigarettes, my room was not ready (23:00) and customer service didn't pick phone. I advice you to avoid that place

Poor sound insulation, everything that the neighbors above said could be heard.Neighbors who wanted to get into our room couldn't find their apartments. Although everything was very simple in the instructions.

When we booked this goodness, we were worried about whether everything would be fine, because there were a lot of bad reviews, but when we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised.The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean and smelled good.The kitchen has everything for a short stay: washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, food.When we had questions and comments, we wrote and were answered instantly.Convenient contactless check-in on sent a detailed description of how to enter, where to get the keys and with all the codes and detailed details everything in pictures, which is understandable even for a child.Beautiful new residential complex, quiet area, where there is everything you need: shops and coffee shops, restaurants.

My booked room was busy when I arrived. So I received a room with a shared bathroom. I the apartment was so dirty e.g kitchen.

Generally dirty: dirty bathroom (bathtub, soap partially used by the previous guests). Floor dirty, sticky table. It looked like the room was not cleaned (or superficially) before we arrived. The bed was uncomfortable (extremely soft) and we suspect there were bedbugs.. One towel for 2 persons. No hairdryer. No plugs in the bathroom.

Pillows and double bed were two single beds, easy to fall down in the middle, but that's not a massive issue.

Good location with close parking space. Quiet area. Very good communication with the owners, quick response and service.
