Sometimes checking in takes a while, but, it’s y only complaint.

Everything is great. The entire staff is exceptional. It was the 4th time I’ve stayed here. If you’ve ever been to the Philippines it’s a typical neighborhood, but, a lot safer than most American cities. Love that it’s right across from Robinson’s mall so you have many restaurants and stores to choose from. WiFi is excellent, it’s very clean and very good hot water. Americans love hot water for showers.

the room was too old, cockroaches, when we arrived no hot water, they fixed it later in the afternoon.1 key provided which was not right. we are travellers and this the first time I encountered 1 key for our accomodation, in which they get 2 identification ( me and my husband IDs. last 2019 when we booked there you provide us 2 keys. all the hotels around the world provided 2 keys in every hotel room accomodation, so you have to be aware of this.

As always, the rooms are clean and pretty well maintained , the staff are pleasant and polite We had a faulty shower heater which was replaced within 2 hours by maintenance

For the first 5 days of my 8 days stay the WiFi was not working. Frequent requests to reception to have it fixed. Every day a different reason given why it wasn't working, Twice told they would replace the modem but never happened. On day 6 a tech from the ISP came and fixed it in 20 minutes. Aircon not too effective during the day. Started leaking water into the room and had to be pulled out and repaired.

Lots of hot water and strong shower. Staff very helpful even if they didn't always resolve an issue. Secure system in place for receiving visitors

Hard to figure out the cable TV. Wait times for an elevator can be long.

We stayed here last year. The location is very good. The staff are very accommodating to meet guest needs. The room was fine. We like the kitchenettes so we can cook and save some money. The Wifi worked well, and was reliable.

We can never get the cable TV to work. It can take many minutes for an elevator to arrive on your floor.

A LITTLE TRAFFIC WHEN THE MALL CLOSES

The Hotel is with kitchenette ,clean and it has a good views, staff are too kind and friendly, very approachable. The Hotel is close to everywhere, including restaurants with different cuisines, bars, shopping malls , parks, hospitals and lots of fast food with 24hours open. I suggest this hotel to anyone wants to staycation in Manila, it is comfortable and affordable" and everything here its just a walking distance from the property.

There were roaches on all 2 units that we availed. Additionally, we had no bedding accommodations for the one bedroom with sofa bed. Initially, the supervisor suggested that we use the cover for topsheet. No blankets and pillows could be provided. Eventually, we were given the stuff.

Most staff are pleasant. Likely the housekeeping who never stopped apolologizing for the mishap and the crew who were on the desk

Cockroaches ants are present in the facility, took the screen shot ffeom video i made. a broken bowl in the toilet, and there's an odd smell coming from everywhere.

In the ghetto so unsafe. The room was advertised as a 1 bedroom, it was a studio and the sewer smell was overwhelming

They used to provide amenities, water, coffee and others on a daily basis. They changed the rules 3 days ago without any notice to the guests whatsoever. They stopped providing shampoo, water, coffee and other amenities. We pay daily with the same rate and they're suppose to provide the same service since we pay the rate everyday.

It has kitchen so you can cook.

It’s not properly clean, lots of small cockroaches 😩, broken tiles, and annoying traffic, begging kids when u got out from the building.

It’s near to sight seeing features, malls and LRT, the view of Manila Bay and the city especially at night. The unit is it big, love it❤️, staff are friendly.

The gym equipment was not very new and not in the best shape, but still good for a decent workout.

We stayed up on the 40th floor of the tower with an amazing view, the kitchenette with roomy fridge and freezer was very nice since we also prefer to cook ourselves at some meals. The facilities with gym and pool was great, and special thanks for the sauna since I'm from finland so i didn't have to miss that 😊 Very good value for the price 😌

Nothing, room was disgusting, bugs, smells, broken tiles, mold, no room service, no food delivery allowed, etc. etc. I have many pictures of this property you are promoting. You also charged me 3000p+ for a 385p taxi. Booking.com is the biggest scam I have ever known!!!!
