The resort is peaceful yet near to restaurants and Alona Beach. Our room is also clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff is accommodating and Miss Alma is so kind. My friends and I will surely come back here.

Room service was not that good. We left trash out our door that sat there for multiple days. They also did not try to clean our room regularly.

The hotel was good overall, and the staff were accommodating. If we asked for something they made it happen within reason.

The kitchen ! Lots of problems that they didn’t fix . Sink was leaking , no dish towel , no hand towels , no garbage bags , no paper towels , it’s very uncomfortable kitchen . it doesn’t feel clean . The rooms were ok 👌

My 1st room had a dog barking regularly right outside so they upgraded me to a better apartment. The new apartment had ants, especially on the kitchen counter and a bedroom floor. They throughly cleaned the apt.. When the original apartment opened up I moved back to it. In both apartments Wi-Fi reception ranges from ok to spotty to doesn’t work for over an hour at a time.

The staff were wonderful - the nicest people who did what they could to make my stay enjoyable, especially given the facility issues.

Everything else, the facility was old and not particularly looked after. Internet was very poor by any measurement. The safe on the room was broken.

Rooms were bigger then they needed to be, which was an issue when the fairly weak ac was trying to cool the room down. The tv had a volume issue and the wifi was pretty terrible in the room, very good by the pool mind.

The staff were friendly and were responsive to all we needed like laundry, scooters and taxis. The pool is always a nice to have. Very close to Alona beach and all the restaurants

Cleanness was average. Facilities need maintenance. No electricity if nobody in the apartment = no fridge and no air conditioning. Staff did not accommodate simple requests (did not accept to grant a second room key, refused to call a taxi - available by then - to propose their own arranged car at high cost). Noisy at times with chicken and dogs around.

The rooms where not really clean. Some spots in the bathroom have probably not been cleaned in years. During cleaning the staff would also leave the doors open for a long time which resulted in a lot of geckos and insects in the room every day. Furthermore, the staff was not really friendly. At some point it felt like I was disturbing the staff at the reception during there chitchat. Also the lamp was not working in our room. I asked to get it fixed but in our 6 day stay the staff did not bother. If the staff would change their attitude and would clean the rooms better. I would rate this accommodation a 10/10.

It was very quiet which was great and the pool was nice. The staff were friendly and the location was very convenient. The room I had was clean but showing wear. The CR is a little cramped. Internet doesn't reach into the room very well but works ok on the veranda. Value isn't as good as some other places nearby but it's an ok option.

Damp and humid, had to take down the curtains due to my asthma. Probably they used some spray to cover the damp and bad smell. Ground floor apartment is very dark and you feel like you are inside a cave. Annoying tricycle drivers once you get out of the resort.

Central location to most of the tourist attractions. Friendly staff. Nice pool to cool down. Roomsize ok.
