Room was hot, TV small. Taps in bathroom why would you have taps that have to be explained. Cups for tea no handle on ,too small so you could burn yourself.

Room was a little dusty, and the older kitchen smells hung around the dining area. Perhaps the use of some organic oil diffusers would help.

Youthful, energetic team relaxed and happy to help. Well trained and quirky uniforms added to the atmosphere in the hotel. For a small hotel, the excellent chef provides a modern twist to traditional Normandy dishes.

There was no lobby to relax in, the floor in our room was dusty, there were carpet bugs in the furniture and the water temp in the shower would change randomly.

Stairs are a bit rickety, but just hold on to the banister.

Friendly helpful staff. Room was comfortable, a bit small, did the job. Make a dinner reservation! We had a fabulous dinner out on the patio! Easy walk to Monet's Garden. Easy & free parking. Was pleasantly surprised to find a ceiling fan in the unairconditioned room, which kept the room quite comfortable for sleeping (hot weather during our stay).

The room was cosy and comfortable. The staff at reception was always friendly and helpful. Location is amazing, within walking distance to all the attractions.

Pretentious over designed bathroom lacking shelf space and decent lighting. Trendy taps were decidedly not user friendly. Lack of any mirror other than over the wash basin.

Location was ideal for visiting Monet's house and gardens. The outside area was nicely shaded suitable for eating in hot weather.

We arrived by bicycle and the hotel staff were thrown into confusion. They eventually found safe storage. The hotel has no air-conditioning and although our room had a ceiling fan, it was very hot. Although it was 29C outside at the time of our visit...

Very helpful staff. Restaurant is excellent. Extremely convenient for visiting Monet's garden and the museum of impressionism.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Fantastic location, 200 metre from Monet's garden Rooms in attic small but well appointed and comfortable. Seats in terrace restaurant could do with cushions!

Bathroom very small - but worked perfectly.

Location and charm also clean and staff very good. Restaurant had great atmosphere.

Dinner is expensive and could be better. The beef carpaccio was tough, the main course has a few veg, no potatoes, tasty but very minimal. Upstairs all the doors look the same, difficult to find the exit. Very small bathroom.

The quirky (very low and subtle) lighting in the bathroom.

Poor Wi-Fi reception. TV not working properly. Steps to get up to the en suite toilet and not enough light to see in the sink area. No seating in the room.

Very convenient for Monet house and gardens. Nice continental breakfast.

A lot of stairs, which my husband struggled with, especially with a case. An offer of help would have been nice.

There were a few flies in our room and in the dining room that were bothersome but not a deal breaker.

The location is ideal! we had an excellent breakfast and dinner in the hotel as well.
