We were in a room of 4 people and only got 1 roll of toilet paper, when we asked for a couple more we got told we can only get one. it was fine cause then you can ask for another one but I thought it was a bit weird :)

The staff was super nice, the laundry service great price, they kept our luggage while we went to the titikaka lake and the breakfast is good too!

I had a pleasant experience overall, but there’s an Important detail to note: the hotel has two different locations. I was thrilled to find a good hotel at a great price near Plaza Mayor in Arequipa, especially after a long bus journey. However, I was disappointed to learn that my booking was actually at their other location, which is quite far from the plaza. Thankfully, they arranged and covered the taxi fare to take me to the other hotel, but the mix-up was frustrating. Just be sure to double-check your booking location before you arrive!

The shower room create a very dampy smelling after use. So prefer if air ventilation include. Steep stairs before going in hotel. We arrived at 5am, they made us wait until 11.30am for our room to be ready, despite told them that we’ll arrive at 5am. Still they made us wait for so long time, no offers for drink or etc. Wasn’t pleased with that.

Spotted some birds, wonderful experience and the room is nice and spacious. Breakfast is okay, nothing amazing. Nice coffee machine.

The bathroom can get a bit humid when showering.

The hotel is steps away from the main Plaza de Armas (Square). Tons of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was simple but comfortable, the staff made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The hotel has a very steep set of steps to the second floor where is located. We enjoyed the included breakfast.

My first night was not pleasant due to noises from my neighbors until 2 am. Insulation in walls is really poor. You can hear everything like if they are in your room. Breakfast could be improved. It is so basic. Bathroom was too small.

For the price, this place was excellent. Some of the other reviews mentioned issues with the cleanliness but this was not an issue for me (sure, a little dusty, but generally fine overall, and the bathroom was clean). The decor was a little tired, especially in the bathroom, but perfectly functional. The staff were helpful and helped me to book a taxi at the end of my stay.

This place was fine! Excellent location, within a minute of Plaza de Armas, around the corner from the museums, and with plenty of places to eat nearby. The room was comfortable and the shower hot. Good value for money.

the wifi was not strong enough to sustain my Zoom conference so I had to use my cellular data. there are no ethernet cable connections in any of the hotels I have checked in to in South America so it just isn’t a thing here.

Very long stairs to get into the hotel from street. Definitely not accessibility friendly. The receptionist seemed to be upset. Very old facilities, the floor in the room creaked with every step, feels insecure.
