You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Liechtensteindirty bed linen, loud electronic heater and on the second day there was barely hot water. You always had to wait a couple of minutes to have hot water for a few seconds. Maybe the hot water was empty or many people were taking a shower at the same time.

SingaporeNo lift. Highest level is level 5. TV not working. Street is quite noisy at night. Car honking and people shouting probably after drinking. A few pizzeria right below and opposite the hotel. But should be the same if you live around this area.
Location is good. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. Supermarket 8 mins walk. Room and toilet was clean and bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean. Staff are all friendly. Free tea and hot water at the reception area. There was hot water shower and towels all that was clean. Hair dryer can be borrowed from counter. They have a safe place to store your bags while you go on tour. There is heater in the room! Definitely value for money.
