Extremely friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They arranged a takeaway breakfast due to our early flight on the last day. Room was clean, warm heatpump and had all the facilities we needed

Lack of main bin in room, only bin was in the bathroom. Could not get the radiator to turn on in one of the rooms.

Spacious rooms that came with a mini fridge which was useful. Extremely friendly and thoughtful owners who went beyond to help (offered maps, recommendations, packed breakfast bag for our early flight). Personable reception staff available 24/7. Freshly made hot breakfast (omelets or eggs). Consistent Wi-Fi. There's a large supermarket (Metro) around 10 minutes walk away which is very helpful.

Great location, close to Parc Kennedy (lovely cats) and many restaurants and shops. About 20 min walk to the beach area. The hotel staff were very friendly, they offered good breakfast and advice regarding the neighboring area. Room was spacious and clean and had all necessary amenities.

Excellent hotel in Lima. It is located in Miraflores near many restaurants and shops and easily accessible by the airport bus. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are super kind- they even made us bag breakfasts to do since we had to leave at 5:30 am for our tour bus.

The owner and staffs are very nice and helpful. Great customer service! Hold our luggage overnight and by the time we got back, our luggage were already in the room for us. Great location - walking distance to all the main attractions in Miraflores. Breakfast were great! Highly recommended and I would come back and stay here again!

Great location in Miraflores, close to the Kennedy park. Extremely clean rooms. The owners and the staff are very pleasant and caring. We had an early morning checkout, and they packed up breakfast for us. Also their morning breakfast is great especially the coffee and the muffins

There was a mandatory service charge of 10% which was a surprise. Upon asking, I was told it is mentioned on the booking.com app but I couldn't find it mentioned specifically anywhere.

The hospitality was exceptional. The staff was very helpful and super kind. Felix and the woman hotel manager they were very nice. 10/10, 5 stars. The location is amazing is near everything you need. The room was Very clean, big and comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Alternative milk. I'm lactose intolerant, so it would be nice to have other milk, but I was okay drinking black coffee, which was really good!

the twin room was spacious with desk, bedside tables and chairs/sofas to put your luggage. I like that the rooms have safes and air conditioning, and a good size wardrobe. Oh and a mini-fridge!

Perfect location, close to Kennedy Park so it was easy to navigate. Tasty breakfast, helpfull staff, speaking perfectly English. Clean room with all facilities needed.

I would recommend anyone looking to stay in the Miraflores neighbourhood to book Ayenda La Luna! The facilities are modern and excellent, the rooms are clean, the hotel is very safe, and the breakfast is delicious. Janet is incredibly kind and gave great recommendations -- she even went out of her way to pack us breakfast for our early morning flight!
