Rooms were just as advertised, which caught me by surprise was that the beds were very comfy for the price, the staff was really accommodating and knowledgeable about the city, one day we had to leave early in the morning (2:00 AM ish) and the staff scheduled a taxi for us and prepared a small lunchbox for us so we could have breakfast on the go, would recommend!

Breakfast was not only a buffet, but you could also choose between 5 additional hot meals (such as pancakes or eggs). When you leave before breakfast time, you even get a breakfast package to go :) Staff was extremely helpful, they even allowed us to take a hot shower after check out time, and were very supportive with our trips. Location is great, rooms are spacious and clean.

This is a no thrills hotel providing all the basic amenities that you would need ,it is well suited to those travelling on a tight budget. The staff very kindly stored our bags whilst we went on a trip for a couple of days. They also supplied a lovely packed breakfast when we had to set off on trips early in the morning.

Reception was closed after 1a.m. No one was there to open the door for me after a long day tour in Machupicchu Luckily I stayed in another hotel for 4 hours until 6 am

The hotel really takes care of its guests. On each floor, there is hot water available for tea and coca leaves, and the hotel even has an oxygen tank. Every evening, the hotel turns on the heating in the rooms. They offer a very nice and varied breakfast, including sweet fruits, vegetables, delicious fresh juices, and several options for main dishes to choose from. We personally recommend option 5 :) The room was very clean, and we had our own kitchen with a microwave, which can be convenient. The bed was very comfortable, there was hot water 24/7 with excellent water pressure, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The staff speaks English. We can recommend this hotel 100%.

This is a very nice very well-run hotel in the central part of the city. Beds are very comfortable with comfortable bathroom and hot water. They provide a great breakfast and it is more affordable than lose in the historic district. We wanted a taxi to take us to Saqsaywaman and the hotel put us in touch with a wonderful driver who gave us a great trip to the ruins and wonderful textile workshop and gallary. It is also minutes away form the historical district by taxi. There are good pollo restuarants a block away.

There is no elevator, but they carried our bags up to our room. There is no air conditioning, so humidity in the room can be high. The door to the hotel room is not solid core, but the location seemed safe.

For the price, this hotel is nice. It is very clean. The breakfast is very good. The location is just a 20 minute walk from the main square. Every person that worked the front desk spoke English.

The property was extremely clean and had fantastic views from their breakfast area. It was also close to the city centre. The surrounding area felt safe and friendly. All the staff and especially the manager Richard Cruz Castro were exceptionally helpful and friendly during our stay. Always accommodating. They also serve coca tea to help adjust to the altitude which was extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious. It was also the most comfortable bed.

The only small downside was that you could hear people leaving for early morning tours in the rooms above. Still, we cannot recommend Hotel Golden Inca enough!

The room was excellent, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was brilliant! The hotel is well located; close to Cusco centre, but far enough out that you don't get the noise and bustle. Everything about our stay was truly brilliant, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone!

Everything the manager was awesome and we went to Cusco left our bag there for a few days when we went to Machupicchu at not extra cost! Staff were very friendly and they helped us with all the info that we needed for our trip to be successful!

No complains!

I like that is close to downtown, it is like 10 minutes of nice walk, but if you don’t want to walk the taxi charge you 5 to 7 soles and is like 5 minutes drive. So you can save the energy to explore the plaza. Also around the corner there is a place call Mr Soup and the food was great and delicious, also it helps you a lot to acclimate your body from the altitude.
