Very limited breakfast. You can choose from a few options, but a flattened mini sandwich with some chicken on it is not enough for many people. It's unclear if you can order fruit with it; usually, you can't, sometimes you can, or only in a limited form. It depends on who you ask—it's completely arbitrary. Just make the room a few dollars more expensive and provide a decent breakfast without skimping. It's a shame because otherwise, it's a nice place to stay.

The location was pretty scary to approach at night. We had a guy follow us to the place and we were both pretty nervous. We also went out to get dinner at like 7pm, but to get to the spot they recommend, you have to walk along a street full of tons of men drinking. To be fair, there was a cop on the street corner but it was still VERY uncomfortable. Try not to walk with a purse out at night. We ended up getting our food to go because we didn’t want to walk on the street later at night.

I didn’t like the surrounding area very much because I felt unsafe. There were lots of people waiting around outside the hotel who made me feel very uncomfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I felt very safe staying in this hotel. The rooms were quiet and clean. Hot showers and cold AC :) The breakfast was pretty good as well.

The only minor negative thing is that the only way to have privacy in the room is to close the curtains, no natural light if in the room during the day.

Size of Room: Booking.com had the size of the room as 172 SqFt. However, to me it appeared much smaller so I did measure the size with my iPhone and found the bedroom about 97 SqFt and the toilet area about 33 SqFt. The following morning I did bring this to the attention of the Hotel and in the afternoon they said they can shift me to a bigger room. I had declined as I was leaving the following morning. The hot water was not functional (maybe there is no hot water although the shower had two valves) on both days. Various items listed in booking.com, like iron, suit press - I did not see in the room. Storage space for clothes were minimal. I had to keep my clothes in my suitcase and some on the desk.

Although road construction was going on in front of the property, there was no noise or dust issues (the construction work was from about 0730 to 1730 Hrs) and did not disturb my sleep. The place was clean and breakfast was OK.

Breakfast was plain and packed variety of choices. Bathrooms didn't have enough toilet paper and we were only given one towel when we reserved for two people. Wouldn't stay here again.
