Beautifully situated. Next to the best restaurants. Very spacious rooms with all the essentials there. The staff are friendly and ready to help. The owner is about, friendly, helpful and has all the knowledge you need to do well in Iquitos. I’ll be stopping there again next year!

Loved our stay here, very clean and comfortable. Great location close to restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful, giving us information and organizing tours. Enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace overlooking the river was fantastic.

This place is just awesome! Some of the units face a jungle-like garden, but the newer ones (like ours was) offer an expansive view over the river. There is a full kitchen and bathroom, the bed is very comfortable, everything is clean, and the AC is a huge benefit. The whole wall is sliding glass doors for an unobstructed view, and there is a balcony. The service was outstanding. Miguel was at the front desk. He is very pleasant, speaks flawless English, and spent a lot of time explaining things, and he pointed out some great places to eat for authentic local food. We highly recommend this place.

As stated room service is not provided here even on a longer booking of 5 nights. It was offered to me one day but never occurred. I don't mind infrequent room service but I think every three days or so would be manageable.

Incredible location and view within Iquitos. Rooms are well sealed against insects although it is not 100% and you need to be mindful of your kitchen and lights at night. I rebooked this property at the desk for after my jungle tour and was blown away by the views on the upper levels. I recommend messaging to see if you can upgrade to a higher floor after booking. Otherwise the reception staff are top notch with excellent English and had good recommendations for me throughout my stay.

If you are in the penthouse, prepare for several flights of stairs....but this just reminded me I need to work out more :) Everything else was perfect.

The hosts were absolutely amazing, and the location could not be better!! Miguel was very kind and exceptionally informative, telling me all sorts of facts about Iquitos.

They keep your key if you leave the property in order to know who has not returned at night, obviously they could figure out a different system rather than surrendering your room key. The entrance to the property is unique to say the least, you walk by an abandoned church and a few sketchy buildings that seem possibly occupied? However anyone you meet along this route is friendly.

Fantastic view from the balcony of our room overlooking the Amazon. Right at the end of the macelon and 2 blocks from the square. Very friendly staff.

Friendly and supportive staff. My luggage did not arrive at the airport and the staff tried to help me with finding it. I did not receive it until my departure unfortunately though. Nice location, nice view, nice house and facilities. Would stay there again!

Everything was perfect! The apartment was clean and has everything you need, the view is truly breathtaking and the location is in a very nice and quiet area with amazing restaurants close by. The staff was very helpful and always friendly, Miguel even showed me the closest supermarket and never hesitated to answer any of our questions or lend a helping hand. I’d be very happy to come back here and recommend this place from my heart! Thanks for everything :)
