The hotel was well worth the spend. Had to ask for plumbing assistance twice....but both instances the situation was fixed swiftly!

Unfortunately, there wasn't much of a view from the room I was which was a minor thing. The breakfast had limited variety. Not many choices. But enough options. There were fruits, (ALOT of bread) boiled and scrambled eggs. No fried eggs, Sushi, jams and sausage and cereal.

The space was adequate. Very spacious. Good for two persons. Internet connection was available everywhere. Staff were bilingual. Most understood english and could cater to my needs. There is a gym, entertainment on the weekends and some weekday nights. Secuirity at the entrance. And location was good for pick up with excursions.

The customer service..The fact that majority of the staff didn't understand or speak English. The breakfast was consistent right throughout my staff, there was little to no choice for us Jamaicans. Didn't like the fact that there was no adult entertainment at the hotel itself..

I like the cleanliness of the hotel, the ambiance was good...All the fixtures was in operation.. Within good proximity range to food, mall and pharmacy. Also to the fact that you can hust cross over to megapolis outlet from the hotel I really like that.. The bed was comfortable, there's Netflix and Amazon prime on the TV I loved that..The pictures depicted on booking is the same in-person I liked that..

Breakfast wasn’t so great didn’t see much to choose from as a Jamaican bread and butter every morning …….the view that I saw from my room when I was booking was the one I saw when I get there now that was a big disappointment….isaac offered us a rooom change but it was literally the same thing only thing was different it that we went up a lil higher,we didn’t take it cause the one we had have two bathroom….

The junior suite was large and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of choices at the included breakfast.

They overbooked the Hotel and we had to wait until 15:30 before we were informed that we needed to be moved to the Magapolis Hotel. We arrived at 10:30 am at the Decapolice hotel and waited all that time.

The hallway on the 18th floor been messy could have been vacuumed or brushed in a dust bin. The room service attended didn't do a good job even when we left a note. Recommend using carpet powder when vacuuming as the hallways doesn't have ac and tend to have an unpleasant odor. I do have an image to submit but I don't want to do it here. We are a relatively clean couple and we are not really picky but other than our room not cleaned properly I would recommend Decapolis hotel. Our room wasn't modern but it was good be prepared for crazy people to be slamming the doors in the nights and pulling chairs oh God... we didn't complain about it because we know people are crazy. I recommend supervisors check for details before sending guest to the room. Coffee station was dusty from day 1 and even when we moved the machine the cleaners just put it back on the mess so we didn't use the machine we enjoyed the coffee from the breakfast restaurant.

I loved the staff from front desk to the servers during breakfast. They were amazing and the food was always fulfilling you guys did excellent with that... 💯 for food, room service was not good but 💯 helpful staff throughout our 7 days stay.

I hated that i had to walk through a crowded restaurant to warm food very poor asking to aarm food with persons dresses for dinner Had to keep asking for towles for the room on 3 of my 5day stay. There were only hand towels when we checked in

Spa services They refused us at 330 even though they were open till 5

We wanted to use a spa at 330 Saturday We came and ask in 9 am they told us they will be closed at 5 We came to use facility at 330 and they refused services and they refused to give us massages even though they were free It wasn’t appropriate because we specifically asked what time they close and the same manager told us at 5 It was a rainy day and we wanted to use a spa and we were willing to pay for the services They refused and said they are closed at 330 Even though in am they told us 5 Unacceptable They should of let us use a spa till 5 am This facility should be open even longer It’s a lot of rain there

For the most part was big and comfortable, but in dire need of maintenance. We asked them to change a lightbulb in the bathroom and was never changed. The tub was stained and grout was cracked.

The property was in a great location.

The gym was embarrassing small and limited (it didn't even have a decent gym bench), and a billboard blocked the view of Casco Viejo and the ocean, from my "ocean view" room
