The location is good im terms of distance to the main sights of the city. The surrounding however is rather scary

I was on the 7th floor, but could still hear traffic noises with blaring horns. I'm a city dweller, so didn't mind. But if you want quiet, ask for a room that doesn't face the main road, or bring earplugs. No coffee maker in the room, and no full-length mirror. Furniture is a bit shabby, but sturdy and clean. There are only 2 elevators, and one was broken all 3 days. Some of the staff are indifferent and lackadaisical. No smiles at all. The area around the hotel is a bit shabby. The area you have to walk through to get to the bay and Cinta Costera is also very rundown, with graffiti and broken sidewalks littered with trash. As a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel unsafe, but I would not walk there at night. The hotel is in a lively low-income area with an urban vibe. I liked it, but it might be intimidating to some people.

I spent 3 nights in this 10-story hotel in a busy part of the Calidonia district. It has a rooftop bar/restaurant and pool with a lovely view of the city. Two free drinks are included for guests. My room was large with windows on 3 sides. It had a mini-fridge, large desk, chair, and a small dinette table with 2 chairs. The bed was comfortable and had outlets on both sides. WiFi was good, but occasionally dropped. The room was well-lit with lots of natural and artificial light. The shower was lukewarm, but since the outside temperature was around 92F (33C), I didn't mind. Hotel has free breakfast with 6 options (not a buffet). Food and coffee were good. Hotel also has a casino on the ground floor. Directly in front of the hotel is a 5-story department store, El Machetazo, which has a large grocery store on the ground level. Panama Bay and the Cinta Costera are only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

They have a very good attention for the customer at the reception and overall if you need anything. The rooms where clean and the location is pretty close to everything. I like the swimming pool and the bar upstairs.

The pool, the view, the pool bar, the terrace, basically I just book this place because of the rooftop pool, room was nice and comfortable, I walked around at night and no problems, breakfast was acceptable and the staff from restaurant and pool terrace were very nice

It is an older building and work was in progress in the lobby area. However, the building was clean. Furniture should also be updated.

The staff was friendly & quite helpful. The property was older but attempted improvement is in process. Breakfast was included & was good. My room was clean & comfortable.
