Too crowded during breakfast, the pools are very small and also get crowded easily. It's too expensive for what it's offering. Realistically it should be 30-40% cheaper. It's not a luxury experience but a normal one.

Location was great. The hotel atrium was beautiful, service was good and everything worked well.

Small pillows. The pools on the top floor were small and there was no food or drinks allowed.

Good location - 10 mins walk down to the Danube. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a great range of options on offer. Helpful reception staff and the bar on the first floor was lovely.

We arrived by car but the entreance at the hotel didn’t have any marks, didn’t look like an enterance.

The Location was really great, it’s just around the corner from metro station, we were attending the coldplay concert at Puskás arena, it was just 2 stops away. There is a lot of small bistros and fast Food restaurants around. The rooms are nice, clean, we didn’t hear any noise. The New York cafe is 5 minute walk. Breakfast Was nice and various.

The room was a bit underwhelming for the type of hotel is it. The pillows were small but bed is comfortable non the less. I found the room to be bit small but essentials are there so its a minor detail i can overlook.

The property is located in a very lively area. Plenty of food and shops around. The staff is super friendly. Clean hotels all around. Theres chauffeur service and the spa facilities is amazing.

The hotel is in great location The staff was pleasant and helpful to us We came as a couple, the size of the room is small but it was enough for us. Cause we were out almost all day. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was perfect. Breakfast was good

The fact that during the night from Saturday to Sunday there was a lot of noise from people slamming doors. Not the hotel’s fault, of course. But somehow this type of behavior should be discouraged.

The hotel room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and diversified. Room was on the quiet side. AC was functioning well. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was very nice, spacious, very bright and with a big terrace. The location is very convenient, close to many restaurants, bars and night clubs, the night life is literally happening around the corner. Breakfast was very good, I am vegan and very picky on food , yet I still managed to eat well every morning. Selection of vegetables and fruits is satisfactory.

Room feels very old and not convinient. Room and hotel itself is way too expensive compared what you get. According to description and photos, reality is a bit different. And we did not get any complimentary champagne as written in other comments. And they told that our room is upgraded to delux :D does not feel that way

Air conditioning in room - the speed controls didn't seem to slow the fan speed. Automatic door closers seemed to slam guests doors, very loud slams were common.

Nice room with comfortable bed. The leisure areas are excellent - 1 indoor and 1 outdoor pool, Sauna and a small gym. Staff were very nice and welcoming. The location was close to Cafe New York and Dohány Street Synagogue and the airport shuttle 100E was a 15 minute walk away.

Rooms decor was a bit drab, the decor could use some sprucing up.

Excellent breakfast! Really nice selection of cheeses, meats, salads, fresh cut fruit in addition to traditional western breakfast choices. And there was an omllette station.

It's not like I didn't like it, but note that the swimming pool is relatively small, so it can get busy. The rooms are good, no real issue with them, although I wish they were less generic and the design was more in line with the style of the building.

You can't beat a sunbathing on the roof top followed by a swimming while watching the sunset stretching over the city. Just stunning. The building itself is a beautifully restored art deco building; one of my favourites in Budapest. The location is really central, close to everything, including the airport shuttle if you are not getting a taxi. Most importantly, comfortable mattress. :)

The pictures are better than the reality. The spa area is not charming and very bare. We paid an extra cleaning fee for our room but they kept neglecting to clean it.

Room up grade price difference.

Overpriced, for the type of hotel. I asked for an upgrade and was offered a deluxe suite at the cost of 20e a night extra. The next suite was nice but they were looking for 120e a night which was not worth it, I tried to bargin with them as this was my partners birthday treat, I was told the management do not allow satff to reduce rooms, so i told them to keep it. The delux room was very basic. I ended up not getting a good sleep at all. The air conditioning didn't work at the wall. The bathroom was small and again only English news channels, shocking. The hotel is close to the metro and bars and shops. The breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from, and the staff were excellent, including Bravvash and Dominic, who looked after us while there. Well done. The rooftop leisure area was fab, 1 indoor pool and 1 outdoor both heated they were fab and clean, nice area to sunbath and 2 saunas. Can remember the young girls name, she had long blond hair, she was so polite and friendly, well done.

The room was a little small , the shower was poor quality , had leak and shower doors didn’t close properly so water spilled over onto the floor when showering .

The roof top pool area was excellent for a central city hotel . Breakfast was great , with good choice of hot & cold food.

Possibly a bit crowded at breakfast unless you went outside and not so many tables there.

The staff were very helpful.. nothing was too much trouble.
