Rooms don’t have aircon you can adjust so we opted to open the windows for some cooler evening air for over night. Our room was to the roadside and it being a summer Saturday the pub/club noises from the near by places were fairly loud all the way until the early hours of the morning. So if you’re a light sleeper I’d ask a room on the tram side of hotel as the cafes and restaurants there close at a reasonable hour. Apart from that no other mentionable things you’d worry about. A very comfortable stay all in all x

Such a quirky little hotel right above where the tram line is . Very close by to plenty good food/drink places. Plenty good cafes for breakfast on the tram alley. Lovely staff and very welcoming atmosphere when we checked in and even got a lovely room upgrade for our honeymoon stay too x

Room was very warm in the summer heat - ceiling fan in my room was great but made a constant deep rumble whilst running that was very difficult to sleep with!

The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Very good shower pressure although the floor was a little slippery.

The door to the bathroom when opening was a little difficult given the hallway entrance space and had to be closed when not in use.

Great communication prior to arrival. Good location for my needs. Friendly staff who explained entry/exit time frames very well. Had umbrella for me to borrow when poured down!

Not having a Nespresso Machine in the room nor coffee available in the hotel lobby was a disappointment. If one did not want to use the tedious coffee press in the room and if you wanted coffee before the nearby cafes opened at 8:00, you would have to walk to the hotel next door for takeaway coffee.

The hotel is perfectly located in a secure and convenient location. The overall room and hotel design is both pleasing and functional. The staff deserves an A+ for cleanliness.

The Geographic location is perfect. The size of the room was good for one person. Having a fridge in the room is not as usual as you would expect so it was well received. I enjoyed having a balcony. The great shower was made even better with lovely toiletries.

Hotel 115 was a great little Hotel, very good location, friendly helpful staff and with good facilities. Over 2 separate bookings we had 3 different rooms, definitely worth upgrading to a bigger room.

Neither a Nespresso machine in the room nor a coffee machine in the hotel lobby, only pesky French press. Had to go to a nearby hotel if earlier than 8 am opening of nearby cafes. Unacceptable. A cleaning charge was added to the emailed bill receipt that was not disclosed earlier. Unacceptable.

Location was perfect. So central, we walked everywhere except to the Arena and Gondola. Buses were great for these and to airport. Tram right there on doorstop. Great restaurants and shopping. Access to fitness centre was wonderful.

No staff on site after 9pm. The tourist tram that leaves from out front is very loud.

Maybe when you are standing outside the door waiting to check-in the person on reception could be more alert and aware and let you in straight away.

The bathroom fan did not appear to work no matter which switches were pressed, and the water from the shower did not appear to fall towards the drain correctly, leading to a flooded bathroom floor and sopping wet floor mat.

The staff were lovely, the room was large and well thought out, large bed, and the decor was modern and unique. The elevator access was also a plus with large bags! The shower pressure was great too which was a surprise!

Fantastic location with a short walk to a range of places to eat or drink and activities to do. Accommodation was not fancy but was very comfortable and well equipped, very comfy bed. Staff were super helpful and friendly
