Check-in/out location is 8+ kilometers away. This was not clearly indicated (the pick-up location was mentioned, just not that it was so far away). Initially we could not find the cabin, and we called the reception. Instead of helping us finding the right one, we were criticized that this never happened to anyone before. Our overall experience was that from a facility perspective everything was great, but from a service perspective the experience could have been a lot better, without too much effort, it all comes down to communication. Only thing we missed from a facility perspective was a drying rack in the cabin.

House was comfortable and cute. It was spacious and had a very nice view. The facilities were good.

That linen is extra to pay and extra work to put on. this information is hidden in fine print at time of booking. Apartment advertised for 8 but would house only 6 comfortably. A bit difficult to locate at the end of a long days driving. Key must be picked up and returned like 10 kilometers away.

There were no bed sheets which was not clear from the ad and has to be rented separately. Also no bathroom soap or towels. Perfectly fine for longer stays when you bring your own, but a bit inconvenient to discover upon arrival when only staying the night.

The location is remote and the town around it really small.

The team was easy to reach, super helpful and tried to sort out problems promptly and kindly. The houses were very pretty and well stocked for a comfortable stay.

The address for collection of keys was confusing. As the resort was part of a massive ski centre with different names we were unsure of where to go. I do think that given it was quite expensive that clenaing of the property should be included in the cost and not up to the guests.

Clean, spacious, had everything we needed in the kitchen. Great sauna.

Had to pick up the key 15min (one way) away and same to drop off. Easy to change with a passcode box. There was no wood for fireplace and instructions were not clear (also 10 min away, one way). Should be ready for guests. Towels, linen, baby cot were available for an additional (50% of the cabin value). The first ones I didn’t realise as it was at the bottom of description and it was quite inconvenient.

The keys have to be collected at a hotel more than 8 km from the cabin, and they must be brought back to the exact location. Collecting and returning them at the cafè just near the cabins would have been better.

It is a fantastic location; the cabin is huge and has everything you need to stay with your family. Just around the cabin, there are plenty of activities you can do with your children (hikes, farm animals, playgrounds, lake, etc)

The children's playground, peace and relaxation, the ski line and place for sledding at a 5-minute walk. In a formidable word. Very good experience. We fell in love with the place. ⛄👏😘

We felt completely mislead! We were specifically looking for a place with a playground. Our apartment was within the larger boundaries of the resort, so technically we had access to a playground, but the resort is spread out over a larger area. We had to drive 5 km to get to the playground. Also our apartment was located next to a construction site, so our whole idea of just letting the kids run around and play was not going to be possible. Asked for a relocation, which luckily was possible. This was already better, but still nothing as shown on the pictures. Appears as if the pictures were taken from one place, but you might well end up on the complete other side of the area which supposedly is still part of the resort.

Collection of the key was OK, but then how difficult can that be...

Cute and comfy cabin with everything you need, beautiful lake, boats, fishing, frisbee golf, minigolf, playground with trampoline and zipline, cute pets in the petting zoo area, amazing for a summer holiday with kids! Beautiful view over the lake to Hardangervidda.

The view was not beautiful. You saw the building of the otter cabines. The buikdings stond in a row. And from 7 o’clock till the evening big construction vehicles drove fast past our cabin/building.

The cabin was very luxury and clean.
