Checkin process of picking up the keys and then going to the apartment. Instructions to find key pick up address were inadequate. Mattress topper was bigger than the bed base so the sheets did not cover it properly. Pillows were very very soft.

Location was great. We were in a side street so mostly very quiet though sirens could be heard. Easy access. Restaurants and transport nearby.

Property was in a very nice area, clean and tidy, easy to walk to centrum with the bridge over water connecting to Opera house For transport we had bus number 85 connecting to the centrum Luckily had an underground safe car parking just below our apartment which was also convenient

- Beds were too soft (the cheap kind) - Bed linens were (maybe lazily) folded and put on top of the bed, not tucked in properly. - Attention to details were lacking: I rented 2 apartments, 1 had only dishwasher tablets, the other had only laundry detergent tablets. - Surfaces, buttons, kitchens, furniture showed signed of wears (some minor chipped corner, broken drawers, light switches dropping out of the sockets, etc...) - No kitchen towel papers - For the price, I expected a slight bit more care.

- Good central location - The staffs were helpful - Clean - Relatively comfortable, your milage may vary based on how picky you are with the level of attention to details.

The exact location was not known when we booked the apts. The address just said Opera House Area. The 3 apartments we got were scattered in different buildings, which we did not appreciate since we were a family. Also the building nos and their entrance were not very clearly marked. Parking our vehicle to load/unload the baggage was also a problem because the streets were one way. Also the key pickup is in another building across the railway tracks on the other side. This was problematic and bothersome.

Location was excellent, at the heart of Oslo city centre.

Although promoted as a hotel apartment, the amenities were poor. No toiletries to the bathroom, no tea and coffee or milk provided, kitchen equipment was minimal, no towel rails or bath mat. There are no instructions on how to use the equipment, couldn’t get the Airconditioning to work. There are no English TV Chanel’s or cable.

The location was great, near the wharf, Munch Museum. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Apartment was spacious and quiet, with a nice balcony overlooking the central courtyard. The WiFi worked well.

No shampoo or hand soap even. Room with a construction site view. No coffee pods for the coffee machine. We were three but the room only had a double bed. I had to call to ask for the 3rd bed. We would have liked additional pillows. These parts could be improved, but we are happy with the room overall.

I liked the location, but there is a construction site right in front of the building that obstructs the view. Friendly staff. Good room temperature.

We arrived late in Oslo after a long drive from Flam. Realised too late that the office closes earlier on Sunday and had some problem getting the keys to access. Turns out that we had to online check in before the code was sent via email/sms for the keybox. After that, we had to search for the apt no and unit no. Will be helpful if instructions given has pictures showing how to get to the specific unit too.

Nice apartment at Sørengkaia. We had a queen bed. A single bed and a sofa bed. Within walking distance to Opera house and Central Station. The washer in the apartment was useful since it was hard to find laundromat around Norway, or in Sweden or Denmark.

The staff weren't helpful, they were hard to communicate with and check-in process was not clearly explained by them. The key had to be taken from a different location than the apartment which was cumbersome. The apartment did not have air-conditioning, the fan provided was of poor quality and the passage light wasn't working.

The location was great, the apartment was modern, on a high floor with a good elevator and very reasonably priced for the location.

Great location and neighborhood. Clear instructions. Sunny apartment, and most equipment was there. When I asked for a fan as it was a bit warm, they provided me with one.

It’s quite loud around the property since it’s right by the Oslo train station. I also didn’t like that they only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 4 nights and were not going to refill it. The receptionist told me they don’t refill but I asked her nicely if I could just have a little bit more as it was our last night there. She gave me theirs. I think that’s a bit cheap not to give more toilet paper.

I liked that it was very clean and it was very close to a lot of things.

We expected the kitchen would have basic supplies that apartment rentals usually include, but this apartment only had coffee filters and dishwashing soap. Cooking was not possible as there were no oven mitts.

The apartment was located above the kindergarten, so it was getting slightly noisy in the morning/afternoon - but rather in a cheery way, not the disturbing one. Two sets of keys/chips would be useful, 1 set for 4 people is not enough sometimes.

I stayed at the apartment at Sørengkaia 100. Large and comfortable apartment, short walking distance to the Bjørvika attractions such as Munch museum or the Opera. Apartment was large, the beds were very comfortable, curtains did shut off the light (it's still light near midnight in summer, and the morning sun is strong - but that's the issue of weather, not the apartment - good that the curtains allowed for a longer sleep). Very clean, fully equipped, we had more than we wanted or might have needed. Two convenient grocery shops nearby. 1 minute walk from a nearby beach/pier, where locals and tourists can enjoy some swimming.
