- breakfast was poor and horrible, you can tell the products are not good quality, other hotels which are cheaper are much better - there was no desk in the room, just a tiny table against the wall… it made it difficult for me to work - no kettle/tea or coffee in the room (but you can get sone hot water at the rooftop) - quite expensive for a hotel of this standing near the airport (100e/night)

- The amazing view from the room (mountain view) and the rooftop bar - the staff… really nice and helpful! - the cleaningness - the wifi (i had to work) - the beds were very confortable, much better to other places in Tromso - the overall look if the hotel inside

Nothing in particular that we didn't like. Only one aspect with which the hotel had nothing to do. From the airport we took a local bus, and got down at a bus stop, near the hotel. We could see the hotel in front of us, just across the street. But to reach it, we had to walk 15 minutes, with our heavy bags, due to road work/closure. The hotel could have alerted us in advance and suggested to us a particular bus route, that would have dropped us next to the hotel. (There was such a bus route.)

Breakfast was very good. Location near the airport. Great view from the 11th floor lobby and the attached terrace. The main purpose of including Tromso in our trip was the Midnight Sun and guess what, we could view it from the lobby unhindered!

When I first arrived staff forgot to tell me about breakfast location and time. Had to go back later on. Coffee makers were really bad at breakfast. As a fan of black coffee; whatever the machines were making was closer to tea than coffee. Improve these thank you!

Rooms were very stylish. Might take some tips for decorating my own appartment. Location outside of busy center was also a bonus and very very large parking lot.

Phones in the rooms would have been nice and more cheap snacks in the lounge. Location of the hotel - but I guess that's why is was cheaper than the more central. You need a drying room.

Food was good but from an english exchange perspective VERY expencive. 11th floor lounge had a great perspective over the airport and hills. Bus from / to airport a great idea.

It’s 10 minute bus ride from town. At first, I thought that was a negative, but the view is actually much more beautiful on this side of the island. The bus ride is easy and quick, and it’s actually nice to get away from downtown. So, a negative became a positive positive.

The view from the bar/hang out/breakfast spot is incredible! The decor is comfortable and trendy. You feel like you’re part of something. The staff was beyond fabulous. Today Mathew helped me book a massage and figure out how to get there. Yesterday a different staff person helped me figure out how to get a bike box and some other things I needed. They really took their time with every interaction. This hotel makes travel, fun, comfortable, and simply delightful. Oh, and the rooms were spacious clean, five stars all around.

It’s the most beautiful airport hotel I’ve ever been to, even the cheapest rooms are really comfy, have breakfast and welcome drink included. The reception on the 11th floor has the most amazing panoramic views. Staff was lovely. There is a shuttle to the airport for just 70 NOK. Taxi to city center 170 NOK. They also have the most amazing ironing room.

The hotel has a great location, about 30 minutes walking from the airport. Good bus connection to the city of Tromso (about 10 minute drive). The view from the sky lounge and balcony is stunning. Breakfast is delicious.
