The restaurants trash/recycling point was right in front of our door. This was such a pity since the staff was so friendly and location great. Also the smoking area was in front of our door so it wasn't very nice.

Location is great, room was clean and well-equiped. Building is beautiful.

The windows had no privacy curtains. The view from our room was of other hotel room windows, and other guests walked directly past our room, so during the day, it felt like there was no privacy in our room. There were curtains to block out the light at night, but pulling these during the day made the room too dark. This was the only reason points were deducted from the rating.

The hotel was easy to find, and checking in at another hotel first wasn't a problem (we parked behind that hotel while we checked in). Our hotel room was comfortable and had a small well-equipped kitchenette. There was excellent lighting in the bathroom. It was an easy walk from there to supermarkets and attractions like the lighthouse.

Little bit too much noise when they closed up next door restaurant, but did not last long.

A reasonably spacious studio apartment with some basic facilities for cooking. Comfortable and clean. Free parking outside. A couple of decent restaurants within walking distance. We were at the beginning of the summer season so the town was very quiet. A bottle opener among the kitchen equipment would have been welcomed.

Getting the keys was 1/2 mile from the Grønnbuene partner hotel (at the Thon Hotel). Customer was required to return the keys to that property. Quite inconvenient if traveling by public transportation. Desk staff was less than enthusiastic about answering any questions about the local area.

Clean, located by the water. Everything worked. Thon hotel had a comfortable sitting area. Check-in at 3 pm was strictly adhered to.

Noisy people next door very noticeable as the walls are very thin. Staff at the room key collection hotel, down the road, are very sharp.

No negative comment other than the check-in and checkout being at a different location. The same would have been true of breakfast although I did not require it.

Seafront location. Layout and standard of furnishings very good as was the kitchenette. Strong WiFi. Quiet location overall. Overall very comfortable. Good parking.

The rooms were very small and because of renovations we had to walk to a nearby hotel for breakfast and check in and any other things that we needed. But overall it was wonderful

The location was adorable. It was right on the end of a island with a lighthouse overseeing everything. It was a beautiful spot! The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent

Special style of 3 parallel building and accessing room from the common deck. Located at the tip of the town. The rooms are nicely decorated and with a well equipped kitchen. We asked for a 2nd floor room (no neighbors above to avoid potential disturbance of wooden floor). Once you know the reception is in the other hotel 5mn away and there is nothing else than the rooms, it’s ok!

Great place to stay in Andenes. The sunset view from outside the room is amazing. The room itself is big enough for a night stay.

It should have been clearer that they share a check in procedure with another hotel. It was a little difficult to find.

If you want privacy, curtains need to be down all the time as people walk pass them to their own rooms.

Possible to cook in the room or use the downstairs restaurant. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to shops and whale safaris. Nice hiking places within 10 min drive.

Why no kettle? I have never before stayed in self catering accommodation with no kettle supplied. Why no instructions for cooker and heating ? We could not get either to work.

You gave to check-in at one hotel and then drive or walk a considerable distance to your room which is at another hotel. Also, I paid for the least expensive room and, even though the room had everything I needed, it was surprisingly small and I walked in not expecting much space.

The rate was very reasonable and the location was very good. Also, I showed up an hour before check-in and the gentleman who helped me couldn’t have been more professional.

We didn't like that the key pick up is at another hotel and that the check-in and check-out process was different.

It was a great place to stay - it was clean and modern. The kitchenette had what we needed. We also liked the location as it was close to the ferry.
