The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was smart and clean. The buffet we had on the evening was excellent, the different meats were cooked to perfection, there was a large selection of accompaniments and a massive choice of desserts!!!!

Staff did not meet expectations. We called ahead and asked if they could arrange something for our 6 year olds birthday. They did say yes, and nothing was done. My daughter also wanted to buy a teddy but was denied as they wouldn't take cash. And no businesses are allowed to deny legal tender in Norway. She left crying. The park in itself is great! But they will milk you for money at every chance they get. And everything is excessively overpriced.

As the room was already paid i asked to get the invoice in the evening to ensure smooth departure in the morning as I had to leave early but was told I have to get it in the morning. Most hotels are helpful when getting this kind of requests

We loved the location, just next to the Dyreparken. However we didnt eat breakfast, as I find it to expensive for us.

Had fun staying here... just minutes away from park and what is best is we can go in the dyreparken earlier than the opening time.. The staff are nice AND the hotel is a 100% CHILDFRIENDLY,. I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL WHEN YOU WANT TO VISIT DYREPARKEN.. YOU WILL HAVE A STRESSFREE VACATION😉

The hotel is located directly at the zoo, it is very convenient for families; the breakfast buffet was very good with multiple options plus great views of the lake. The staff is great, very professional and helpful.

Was there with my dog - absolutely no problem. Only a small fee is to be paid for bringing a dog. The people I encountered there where very nice. I arrived very late but that was no problem at all. Best part of the hotel is its directly next to the Zoo so in the morning when you walk the dog you can already see Zebras and some other animals. Plus it's 6min (by car) away from a nature reserve where you can get lost for hours with your dog! Amazing!

A worn out room. I would not say anything about the premises, but as the most important thing in the room - the bed - was horrible I leave this review here. I could not get good nights sleep in this hotel room which was very important to me because sleeping in the bed was like sleeping on the trampoline. I felt like my husband is jumping in the bed when he changed sides. The bed frame sides were higher than middle of the bed so we were rolling to the centre of the bed all the time. Sink plug was missing and there was a crack in the sink. Small table was wobbly because it missed the fourth leg. Refrigerator box was next to bed (the headboard) and I could hear the sound when it worked. The view from the window of my room was to the opposite hotel room which was 5 metres apart, lost feeling of privacy, kept window closed all the time. Would really appreciate decent dinner menu.

Entrance to the zoo was couple of minutes away. Breakfast which was for additional price was excellent. Heated floor in the bathroom.

When showering the water didn't go down the drain, but was probably just a clogged drain in my room.

Really good and tasty breakfast. Good choice of bread and toppings, and very nice smoothies.
