Nothing - perhaps a toaster and a microwave would be useful. It will also be nice to have had some fresh coffee available to have been able to use the coffee machine.

After a long day of driving you don’t expect to arrive and have to make your own bed. Then to have to strip it in the morning.

We stayed here the day we landed. I worried about parking before we arrived but it was very easy (although somewhat expensive)-- you pay to park below a nearby performing arts venue. We stayed in the top floor unit (2 bedrooms). Unless you are using the second bedroom for small children, somebody is going to hit their head on the ceiling-- be prepared to crouch. The ceiling by the couch in the living room is also very low. I think this is very typical of top floor units in Bergen. This was OK for us but if you are older and less agile it might be a problem.

We would have liked some extra hooks in the bathroom to hang things and a shelf in the shower would be good to store shampoo etc. The bedroom Venetian blind looks like it needs replacing. The slats were bent. An extra pillow for reading in bed would be good.

The location was excellent with a supermarket close by. The apartment was easy to access via the instructions given. The apartment was good and comfortable for our short 3 night stay. We liked having a washing machine and separate dryer and especially a clothes drying rack. It was good to have an electric kettle. We appreciated having an instruction booklet for the accommodation.

This apartment was in a fantastic location for exploring Bergen. It was in a quiet location, but close to restaurants and walking distance to central Bergen. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Too many orders what to do before check out. Don't know why this is so. With all these instructions one feels like a cleaner and not a guest. Air conditioning was impossible to set.

We loved EVERYTHING!

Renovated rooms - especially bathroom. Great shower which is a must on holiday. Kitchen area made it easy for lunch and breakfast at the apartment before heading out. Quick replies by the owners and great service. Was able to check in early and leave bags on our last day in a very secure place.

room temperature gets a bit warm at night, seems like it wouldn't change even if you try to adjust with the thermostat. Doesn't have parking spot available for guests' use right in front.

The kitchen is missing equipment, such as microwave, toaster, potholder, dish for the oven... So coocking was a little bit tricky !

The apartment is cozy and very clean. The living room is warm and nice. The beds are really comfortable. The location is very good, you can walk everywhere. We had the best time!

There is no shower gel and shampoo, and we need to make the bed by ourselves, we need to put sheets and covers on before we sleep.

The host did not help with anything during our stay. We spend two hours trying to get into the apartment, the host answered to us 6h later. There was no hairdryer in the apartment which is important when temperatures outside are close to 0 degrees. Instead of solving the problem straight away the host sent a message saying we have to look again and then maybe they will be able to provide one (we were outside on an all day tour so we couldn't double check and we didn't get the hairdryer, although it was included with the reservation). No shower gel was provided; this is the very first time that this happens to me in an apartment reservation anywhere in the world. We couldn't adjust the temperature of the house and we didn't get any help with that (the host ignored my message). For luggage storage you have to send an additional message to the host, but since we didn't get any help for anything we didn't even tried ( so we end up walking around Bergen with all our luggage). We barely use the apartment as we arrived very late on the first day and we had one day tour programmed for the next, we only wanted a good shower and a warm bed, which we did not get. It felt like the host would only be willing to help if we get mad.
