We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NorwayDepending on what people are used to,it might feel like the breakfast does not have a big selection of food.Anyway,you find something to eat and not go hungry. It might though be good to have some more selection of coffe -food,but it is not critical
Even though the hotel is not new and the style might seem a bit out of fashion,it is still well kept.I was surprised by how clean it was.I liked that it was possible to regulate temperature in the room/bath but also possible to open the window for fresh air.

Clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed, power plugs in all varieties next to the bed, great variety at the breakfast buffet (many options for people with allergies), free coffee and tea all day long in a little lounge in the lobby.

ItalyThere is not much attention in the room preparation, there is kettle and cups but no coffee. The soap in the shower was empty and you discover the problem only when already under the water. The breakfast has practically only savoury choices.
The hotel is conveniently located and the area is quite. The room is a very good size even if a bit old fashion.

Good location, with a 5-minute walk to the ferry landing and a good pub next door (Fjora Gastro & Pub). Comfortable and clean hotel -- like most Best Westerns. No complaints, and it served our purpose well for one night. We easily walked to the ferry terminal the next morning.
