There is lack of pillow variety. Only one type of pillow available so that was a BIG disappointment plus they don’t clean your room. I stayed there for 3 nights and when inquired they simply told me we only clean once a week .

Property is really nice like 1 km away from the city centre. Grocery store is like 5 minutes walk away plus the bus stop is like 100 meters away. Uber takes £10 to city centre. If you’re in Amsterdam for touristic purposes then this is the place to be with families

The only thing we wished there was a larger lounge suite . Two of us had to sit up straight in a tiny lounge to watch tv. If there was an extra chair that would have been great.

We stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it. It’s not super luxurious but beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything you need including dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and a lovely large bathroom. We were on the top floor facing the back and felt happy & cosy the whole time. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Coffee machine uses Nespresso pods plus there’s a complimentary coffee machine at reception.

Loved the location. Easy access to public transportation, yet quiet neighborhood. Felt like I was living in Amsterdam (as opposed to just being a tourist)! Also, really enjoyed speaking with the front desk staff!

The shower door easily let water onto the tile. Internet had a couple days with multiple issues until it was changed out.

On-site staff was a nice surprise. A dryer in the basement was also nice.

Windows were small and dirty. The view was poor as it overlooked the balconies of another building. Clearer instructions on how to use the appliances would have been beneficial.

The location was excellent as close to canal and bus to go to main attractions. We walked everywhere. The apartment was modern, clean, a good size and comfortable. The washing machine was a definite bonus. Staff were very helpful.

The only negative was the toilet pump leaked, but the staff young lady was very good and found us 2 rooms for our last night and the paid for 2 Taxis for us in the morning

No microwave. We were there for a week and took a lot of suppers in the room. It would've been nice to heat something quick. There is an oven but we didn't use it.

Very comfortable one bedroom. W/D available with soap provided. Coffee provided. Location close to tram, bus line, and within walking distance to central station. 24 hour staff was great - we met several during the week.

The accommodations are very nicely designed but there are a couple of issues. The WIFI internet is spotty in the evenings. I ran a speed test and only got about 2 mbps, and at times pages or videos would not load. If you need high speed WIFI in the evenings this may be an issue for you. The furniture is nice, but is showing some wear. The sliding doors had fallen off the rails and some of the light fixtures were loose. These were minor issues and easily corrected, but management should pay a bit more attention to detail.

The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood that is a short walk from all the action. It's a 25 minute walk to Amsterdam Centraal, via the waterfront or through the city. There is a good cafe (Mads) around the corner, other options are only a few minutes further. The apartment is nicely designed and efficiently laid out. The bedroom suite is separated from the rest of the space by sliding doors. The bed and linens are very comfortable. The sofa bed is easy to set up and hide, and is reasonably comfortable. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and gave us good tips to get sorted with a meal nearby.

Fire alarm went off late at night, very alarming, was told it happens often. Would have been good if there was a bit more communication next morning.

Rooms are dated and not very clean. We had a few cobwebs in the kitchen, stained carpets and drawers were not very clean at all. Not asking for a deep clean at every check out but there is a lot to desire for in terms of cleanliness.

The people were all great, especially Daniele, nothing was too much and made our stay that much better just by being available to answer any question or query.

We were a group of six friends and there was only one bathroom so it was a bit of a struggle but not too bad. As we were on bottom floor, we could only open one window as the others were all locked, so ventilation throughout our 2-floor room was okay.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location as very close to city centre and easy to navigate, we walked everywhere. Very good security but easy access to guests. We all LOVED the coffee machine at reception and facilities were great.

Great sized rooms and the sofa bed was huge but so easy to pull out and put away again so we could use the living space during the day. Amazing to have the kitchen as well. Family accommodation done so right.
