Put room was located beneath the lobby and at 6-7am it was very noisy hearing all the people come in and out. (There may have been a delivery. But it kept us up for a good hour or so) I would have complained and asked for another room but our stay was only short.

We had a very odd experience at check-in. I had booked the loft apartment and specifically asked about it when we checked in, and they said yes. Then we got up to the apartment and it was a completely different apartment. I went back to check-in to ask about it, at which point they told me there were plumbing issues in the original one I booked, so they couldn’t give it to me. But they assured me the apartment I got was exactly the same size-wise and offered us free breakfast each day as a concession. When I got back to the apartment, I discovered it was half the size (1 bedroom 1 bath instead of 2 bedroom 2 bath). I went back down again to point it out and ask what they could do for me and they told me it was the same price regardless of the apartment being half the size. After some back and forth, I asked if they could give me a single room for free to get to the equivalent of 2 bedrooms 2 bath. They eventually did, but it took them 30 minutes to tell me the answer. Two days later, we heard people walking around in the original apartment we were supposed to get and it was late at night on a Sunday so it was not workers. The next morning, we heard a tv playing from that apartment as well. So, clearly the hotel had rented it out to others when we had booked it originally. It seemed like they lied about the plumbing issue and tried to put us in another apartment without us noticing so they could rent the apartment out to another group. It was the weekend of King’s Day so it all felt a bit suspicious as if they rented it to another group for a much higher price than what we had booked it for or something. Apart from that, it was a nice hotel.

The hotel had a great location near downtown but not in the middle of it. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable. Apart from the very odd experience when we checked in, it was a lovely hotel and the staff were nice.

WORST design with the bathroom shelf. The shelf sticks out so you can't hover OVER the sink to wash your face. You have to step back, away from the sink to pour water on your face, which lands on the floor.

Wonderful location if you prefer to stay away from the hectic centre. Comfortable and warm rooms with enough space for two medium suitcases (one hard, one soft).

Large, comfortable and well furnished rooms. Nice location close to the Rijks museum. Staff were nice and accommodating when I arrived early. Breakfast was very good.

Very welcoming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great location within easy walking distance of all the main sights and in a lovely neighbourhood. Chose not to have breakfast as we are not breakfast people, however the hotel was really nice for late night drink and nightcap at the end of the day and we did that most nights. Rooms were cosy with all the key amenities. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

The air conditioner was slightly noisy but for me personally that's not really a complaint.

Staff were very courteous and welcoming. The location is about 5 to 10 minutes away from a huge range of restaurants and the metro station.

The hotel is noisy. The AC fan in the room needs maintenance, you can hear people walking around, talking, water hammer in the pipes. We didn’t sleep well.

The property has a good location and clean. The staff and bar tenders were all very welcoming and nice. The street is pretty quiet.
