The nightguard didnt know anything about the time of breakfast and wasnt helpful to tell me. Answer was i only work here for two weeks. Staff in the morning was great.

The kitchenette did not come with a lot of the basics. We had to pick up any dishes etc from the reception ourselves, and that only included the absolute minimum. Bring your own bowls, and cups if you want any that are not tidy, and definitely bring anything you need for cooking, including spices and oil, and a pan. There also was no closet or dresser in our room, and only very minimal shelves, so we had no good way to store anything. Also the bathroom did not have a lock.

Good atmosphere, lots of additional facilities, nice staff, very clean. It's also a student residence but still not noisy.

As someone who was traveling for work, and given the fact that this is a coworking space, it would have been a real win to be able to have access to those desks/rooms. We needed to practice a presentation and couldn't find a quiet place (outside of the hotel room itself) to do so.

A student residence and co-working space that also rents rooms - spacious room with separate bathroom and nice touches. Breakfast was generous. Very good proximity to Erasmus campus and centre of town.

Price as per facilities is low. They have very “do it yourself” approach but the prices are very high for such approach.

Social Hub gave us a comfortable, clean central place to attend a conference nearby and explore the city! The kitchenette in our room was great. Warm room, hot showers and amazing breakfast. Friendly, helpful people on reception. With communal space to bring our team back to.

I couldn't turn off the night lights. I think if the different soaps had text in different colours. It would help with restocking, any dyslexic or short sighted guests.

We did not use the "kitchen" but there is possibility to do so. One thing was a bit annyoing that in the bathroom there is no way to switch off the air ventilation so it goes contantly. It is a big facility with students but there was no noise or anything like that...But generally no complaint apart from the bathroom ventilation which was luckly not so loud due to the thicker door.

The complimentary breakfast was really good. Well done guys and thanks! So the place is close to the tram station not far from the centre so its easy to reach. The room is big, spacious and clean.

Whilst it suited us to stay in what is effectively student accommodation, if I was not travelling with teenagers on such a trip to visit the university close by I might have been disappointed had I booked thinking it was a "regular" hotel

the check in took unnecessarily long, as the lady at the front desk kept on doubting that I had the extra option of breakfast included (even though multiple screenshots, pdf and insight into the app was given). she decided that her manager had to be involved, even though her colleague also confirmed my papers. what could have been an easy 5 min check in was turned into a 30 min wait around to get confirmation on something that was already confirmed.

quite spacious room and bathroom :) (getting to the first floor was a bit confusing but trial and error) a little coffee station was in the room and plenty of towels.

Location is good but needs to consider that it is not very central. Place is nice, but also functions at a co-working space.

Reading the reviews I was a bit worried but nothing bad happened. The young people at the reception had time and were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good. Indeed, most of the residents are students and there were a lot of them in the common areas and corridors but we (a couple of 50+) absolutely did not feel any discomfort because of it. It was a good stay.

To get to our room we had to pass through almost the whole building which was a bit weird 😅 Our room was accessible to individuals with reduced mobility, which of course we find very thoughtful, however, the bathroom ended up being a bit uncomfortable.

We really liked the idea of a multi-use space in the city, with a restaurant, a working space, a gaming area between others. The bed was really big and comfortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast included was very nice, with a good variety of savory and sweet choices.

You have to ask for the kitchen equipment at the reception. There is no hotel parking, you have to find some at your own.

The breakfast was OK, but the place too small and you have to wait. Room was clean. The tram stop close to the hotel.
