It can get a little difficult to get used to the smell of weed if you don't like it.

Prime location, just 5 mins walking distance from the Amsterdam Centraal station. The Red Light District and Canal Cruise are just a few minutes away from the hostel. The staffs are very friendly.

You can't get access to the kitchen during certain times of the day which was fine for me and my friend as we like to eat out but if you did want to prepare your own food it limits you. Also there are no privacy curtains on the bunks they would be a great addition to make the stay more comfortable.

This hostel is in a great location it's just a few minutes walk from everything great if you want to explore the city. Every where is clean. The beds are comfortable. The staff were all lovely and helpful.

The only drawback was the pricing during the weekends; it felt 📈 steep for the amenities offered. There was no chair in the room. It was uncomfortable to sit in the bunker beds to talk with roommates or even pack/unpack.

Great Stay. I had a wonderful experience at this hostel. The vibe was fantastic, and everything was clean. I stayed for about 7 days in a 6-bed female dorm, which surprisingly had a private bathroom. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily, and any issues we encountered were addressed promptly, no delays at all. If you have to travel around Amsterdam, meet new people and just hit the sack to take some rest I would recommend the hostel for solo travellers and backpackers. The location was also a major plus. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel for a comfortable stay

The location is impeccable. Right near Central Station so you have no worries even if you have an early morning departure.

The place was mostly clean but not clean enough for a hostel. For example, the bed frame was sticky and looked like it hadn't been wiped for a long time. The showers tended to look quite dirty at some point during the day. The bed was a little uncomfortable and all the bunk beds creaked a lot every time somebody turned in their sleep. I slept on the bottom bunk and the top bunk was so low that I couldn't sit on my bed. No curtains either, so no privacy when sleeping. The storage boxes under beds didn't include locks. The kitchen was only open from 12 pm to 12 am, so I was unable to make myself breakfast. The kitchenware was also limited (no tea filters or mugs, only glasses for drinking. The staff confirmed this when I asked them). The soundproofing in the hostel was not very good. Karaoke etc. from the bar could be clearly heard in the dorm room. I rented a towel and was only told it cost 2 euros. However, I wasn't informed that it would be 2 euros A DAY. I only noticed this after returning home and wondering why the hostel had charged me 2 euros each day of my stay.

The location was excellent. The staff was mostly friendly. The room temperature was OK. The common areas were alright, as well.

Expensive and not good quality for example the “private” bathrooms in enclosed rooms are worst than the public shared ones. Staff is really aggressive and al thought they seem helpful they are not so much really, special the Dutch personnel.

As the property is very central and on a busy road, you can hear voices till late at night.
