Everything was great

Bed was so very comfortable. Great facilities top quality fixtures and fittings. A really lovely set up and very friendly couple. Bike hire was a bonus. It was a little difficult to get to on the first night of our stay due to road closures, however, the hosts sent instructions for route around.

everything was great, the only 'negative' point, which isn't really one, is that the B&B is located on an industrial site which is under construction and being renovated and there isn't much around, but it isn't something that spoils or ruins your stay. We absolutely recommend it!

exceptional! very cozy and lovely property. we enjoyed our stay very much. very easy to reach Amsterdam by public transportation, also towns like Zaanse Schans and Zaandam. it is also very easy to reach Lisse from there by car and explore the near beaches. the staff was very friendly and helpful! the accomodation was very big, very clean, we felt really at 'home', The decor is cozy it also has a beautiful garden. The neighborhood is calm and we felt safe there as well. everything was great! we will for sure come back again!

I liked everything.

This stay was exceptional, and in all the B&B's we have stayed in this is by far thee best. Outstanding. The accommodation is utter perfection, with every need catered for and I've never slept in a more comfortable bed. Accommodation truely is 10/10 it is decorated to the highest standard and so cosy at night time. We stayed in cottage number 4 overlooking and with direct access to the garden and outside seating area. The Breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious. Margareet provided the most luxurious continental breakfast with granola, fruit and yoghurt bowels, meats and cheese and fresh bread. Fruit skewers and the tastiest pastries, lattes and freshly squeezed orange juice. I will miss this. Ronald made our eggs exactly how we like them and nothing is ever a trouble for this lovely couple.

Excellent facility, well decorated room interior and very spacious. The fresh prepared breakfast by the hosts is delicious. The location is ideal to visit the nearby Zaanse Schans and as a base to explore the wonderful Dutch countryside.

We had the most wonderful time at Margreet and Ronald’s lovely B&B. They are very carrying and thoughtful, the breakfast is amazing (and veggie friendly) and the river view is precious. The mattress was so comfortable that we even overslept! We can feel that they put a lot of love, time and dedication to their project. We hope life will give us the chance to come again, in the meanwhile, we are gonna recommend the place to our loved ones :)

There are so many positive aspects of our stay at the Saenliefde B&B: its location by the water in the peaceful village of Wormer offers a perfect relaxation after spending a day in the buzzing Amsterdam (reachable in 20 min by train, in addition to some walking to the train station, but the B&B offers also bike rental for an affordable price, so we reached the station very quickly). The hosts Ronald and Margreet are very welcoming and pleasant to chat with. Every morning they prepare a fresh and delicious breakfast with some home made ingredients. The atmosphere in the breakfast room is very homey and pleasant. It is obvious that the hosts care a lot about their beautiful historic house in which the B&B is located, since the place is very clean and furnished with a mix of modern and antique design. We would definitely come back!

Ronald and Margreet are exceptional hosts, very kind and welcoming. The beds are really comfortable and amenities on the room superior. The facilities are sparkly clean and very new. Everything is decorated and designed so mindfully. The location is very close to everything needed and next to the romantic waterside. The breakfast is freshly cooked and prepared with love.
