Owner was there to meet us and kindly lifted our cases up to the apartment. Friendly and welcoming. Very clean with all amenities. Great view from the window looking at the flower market and canal. Great location. Adam lookout well worth a visit. I would stay at this property if I visit Amsterdam again.

Better if there was a microwave in the kitchen. Other than that it was all fine.

The apartment is spacious and light with beautiful windows. It is central to everything. The host was very helpful.

The narrow staircase was quite scary for moving our big suitcases, as many others have mentioned. The listing mentions a kitchenette and stovetop but this is inaccurate. There is a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge, but you cannot cook anything due to regulations. So just be aware that self catering is limited.

Communication with the host was excellent and they were very responsive. The location of the apartment is perfect for walking around the city or taking the tram. Apartment is a good size considering the heritage listed building, with comfortable beds, good heating and modern bathroom facilities. Close to a supermarket and many shops. The view over the flower markets and canal is lovely; you can sit in the window seat and watch all the hustle and bustle below.

The steps are steep and narrow and a bit scary. I was expecting to stay at least at the 2nd or 3rd floor (according to the images and description of the property), but not under the roof with tiny windows. Very inconvenient with little kids.

Location is excellent within walking distance to many attractions. Host was very nice and helpful.

accessibility is a bit challenging, a lot of stairs and it was difficult to access with a baby and luggages (but the host was very friendly to help me with this). I don't recommend the accomodation for a family, but it is great for a city trip with friends or as a couple. No parking space near the accomodation. A lot of noise during the night from the other apartment in the house.

The stairs are very steep and there is a lot of them but we knew this before booking so wasn’t a problem.

Great host, very helpful. Power shower and comfortable beds, has a smart tv so can log into netflix, allowed for luggage storage and early check in. Tea and coffee and other cooking ingredients available like oil, salt pepper etc. Perfect location, very central to everything and even though the apartment is on a busy street, no noise woke us up or disturbed us.

we have to climb up, the narrow stairs to 5th floor and huge luggage couldn't access. But the owner is so lovely,

the house is clean, kitchen equipment needed is all there. Nearer to town centre and the host husband and wife is so kind and friendly. The house is just opposite of Flowers market.

Paper thin walls…if you have noisy neighbours -like we had- it could be a nightmare at night. Narrow and steep stairs. The bed was too soft for us.
