Beautiful, clean, and airy studio near the center - 15-20 minutes by tram, excellent connection. Very easily accessible from the airport. Large Jumbo supermarket nearby [approximately 8 minutes, right at the stop], where you can find everything you need. Quiet and very nice neighborhood, worth exploring thoroughly! A pleasant large playground for younger children with a small café is a 10-minute walk away. There’s also an ice cream parlor and a beautiful windmill where you can learn many interesting facts from the guide; we really enjoyed it. After visiting the windmill, you can grab a quick snack nearby - a good hotdog and fries. The studio with its gorgeous veranda right by the water is where you’ll wake up to see swans! The veranda offers great and cozy seating while maintaining privacy. There’s even a small boat available that we used several times to explore the surroundings. The accommodation provided everything we needed for our family [2+2]. And if anything needed, just ask Nathalie – she’s an amazing host! She’s always helpful, quick to assist with anything, and goes above and beyond. She made our stay more more comfortable than we could have hoped for ❤️. Nathalie is always friendly, accommodating, and ensures her guests feel at home. We rented a car for one day and visited Zandvoort and Zaandam – Nathalie was ready to help with parking in front of the house overnight. Thanks to Nathalie, we had 8 unforgettable days in Amsterdam. We will definitely recommend this accommodation to friends and family, and we’d love to come back someday. Thank you!

We loved that the house was in a calm area but still close to the center with convenient transportation. The house truly felt like a little piece of heaven; it was cozy and beautiful alongside the water. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be coming back. Above all, what made our stay indeed exceptional was the host's friendly and sincere approach. She made the entire experience wonderful for us.

10/10 !!! couldn't recommend more. when we first arrived Nathalie was already waiting for us with a big smile on her face😊She showed us around our studio apartment, which had everything one would need for a pleasent stay and provided us with all the information needed! We especially loved the terrace which was right beside the water and we also had a little boat to go for a quiet ride down the canal. We even got to see some little duckies in the nest opposite of us! The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes away from the tram station from which you can easily go to the city center. To wrap it all up Nathalie was an amazing host and we are looking forward to stay with her when we visit Amsterdam again!

Excellent quiet place with cozy patio and nice canal view. Absolutely recommended for relax after busy day in Amsterdam. Wonderful Nathalie will always help you if you need any assistance. Very clean place, comfortable beds, good equipped kitchen annex with fridge. Nice clean bathroom. Towels changed upon request. And las but not least…. good heating - important when you stay during colder time of the year. We absolutely recommend staying there.

We liked everything. The apartment is well connected to the city by tram or bus, and the zone was really quiet and calmed.

The bathroom is provided with all the essentials; the studio is very spacious and cozy; the kitchenette is small but practical, we was able to cook everything without problems. Nathalie is very kind and helpful, and we really apprecciated her welcoming gift! The studio is well connected to the city centre by tram 1, and there is a supermarket in 10 minutes of walking.

It was the perfect choice for us. We have visit Amsterdam 5 times and this appartment and the owner Nathalie was the best I recomment it to anyone espesialy like bicycling and if dont care that it is not in the center but with easy connection with tram. We like the type of accommodation in a quiet and well-kept neighborhood with single-family houses. The accommodation was very clean and well furnished. Very nice is the private terrace and the wonderful place on the small canal. Owner Natalie ist very friendly, obliging and helpful, spoiled with small gifts.

The nicest host we met during our trip so far. Upon our arrival, he welcomed us personally and informed us in detail about accommodation, shopping and transport options. He was waiting for us with a drink upon our arrival and we received small local sweets from him every 2-3 days. During our 1-week stay, she kept asking if we needed anything to make us feel better.

Very comfortable apartment for 2 people with very good beds and pillows. Location quiet at nighttime. Lovely garden and can sit in front of a small, cute canal with ducks/birds. Nathalie was super accommodating and helped us a lot. Thank you! Something to consider, it is definitely easier if you rent a car as public transportation and other services are a bit of a distance from the apt. There is a tram a 10 min walk away that does take you directly to the town center.

The accommodation was very spacious and had everything you would need for a short stay in Amsterdam. We particularly liked the small terrace on the canal behind the house. The hostess was very friendly and provided us with new towels and small gifts during our stay. Near the property there is a large supermarket and the tram station to go to the city, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the station and go to the city in about 20 minutes. All in all a nice place to stay.

Everything at all - quiet location, you can sleep very well, seating right by the water. Nathalie is wonderfull, so nice and helpfull. We where greeted with a bottle of Wine and biscuits. We traveled to Amsterdam because of Eurovision in Concert. We had a great time and Nathalie made this time even more perfect

Very quiet, clean, safe area of the suburbs which made for an excellent sleep after the busy day in the old town. Only a 5 min walk to the trams ( which work until midnight, then a night bus ) and then 10 mins into the town, so easy to get around ( approx 5 euros ) with a windmill (which you can look inside) a beer bar , supermarket, take-aways and a local park for the kids all within walking distance. Natalie made our visit perfect with her extremely warm welcome, loads of local information which helped us find our way around on our 1st trip to Amsterdam. Her studio has all the facilities you need, plenty of room inside and a good decking area outside. We will DEFINATELY be going back. Natalie is an excellent host .

Super amazing host very helpful,kind and friendly nothing was too much went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was lovely to stay a short tram ride away from the centre and come back to such a comfortable apartment which backed on to lovely canal, after a busy day site seeing it was just what we needed.
