The person on the desk did not knew if my bunk bed was on the floor level or upper level. But I was glad that one of the lower beds was empty.

There are personal bed lights. And a towel is available with just €1,60 extra fee. Also the bathroom had a standard shower gel and hand soap, which is nice.

The room and bathroom were very dirty. It would also be a good idea to prepare the bed before moving in, as doing it yourself is very inconvenient, especially when your bed is upstairs and your neighbors are already asleep. For some reason, an individual lighting system for each bed has not been thought through. It is very uncomfortable! There was chewing gum stuck to the headboard near the phone charger. The staff was not very friendly. I'm grateful that I had a place where I could stay warm and safe, but should such conditions really cost 40 €?

Nothing to not like or dislike. Minor suggestion: probably could provide an electric kettle in future for customers usage.

Location: Walking distance to most attraction areas. Rotterdam Central is about 10-15 minutes walk. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Room: Super spacious. We were given a room for 6-7 people for the two of us. I can’t and won’t complain. 😂 Staff: Very helpful, friendly and ever ready to assist customers. Can converse in English. 👍🏼👍🏼

Clean functional room in hostel 5 min walk from Rotterdam Centraal. Comfortable air-cooled room with 3' wide beds and generous bathroom. Good value breakfast buffer for 10 Euro p/p.

There are a lot of constructions around the hotel and you cannot get there easier with public transportation. In the hotel they are also renovating and there is no parking. This is a temporary situation but they could have warned for our stay.

Neighborhood was pretty noisy at night. Our "double room" was really a dorm room, with 2 sets of bunk beds in it, as well as two twin beds pushed together to make a double bed. It would make a great family room, but wasn't the nicest layout for just the two of us. Staff weren't very friendly.

Location was convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to have a deep soaker tub in our bathroom. Room was very clean.

We had a car and negotiating down to the basement garage was a tight squeeze. It's possible but just be careful and be prepared for passengers to get out and direct. Very useful if you need parking, though.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. They happily stored our luggage while we explored the city.

It was a great price in a good location, but it wasn’t as clean as it could be. Mop marks on the bathroom floor and dirt under the bed.
