Not big issues but some bath slippers and a little vanity kit with a shower cap would have been nice to have. The walls are quite thin, typically for those type of houses in the old center of Amsterdam. Some party people came at 3.00 am and they were closing the doors in a very noisy way. Woke me up and could not sleep any soon after.

Location, enough space,complete kitchen utilities with Nespresso coffee machine & tea pot. The little garden was also a nice touch.

Only apartments in lower basement doesn’t have lift. Rest all apartments has it.

Very comfortable stay. With all basic amenities available. Staff was always available in call for any assistance needed. Apartment was vey clean. Daily house keeping and cleaning was done. Location was amazing with tram, bus, restaurant very nearby. It was second time we stayed there.

As others have mentioned, there was a really bad smell of drains when we arrived. This was easily resolved by fixing a loose fitting in the shower waste - but this is something that should be sorted before guests arrive, and not everyone will want to tinker with plumbing. There are not staff on site all the time to ask. This should be fixed properly, or at least checked before guests arrive. There are no additional pillows, and the ones provided are very firm. It would be nice to have two chairs on the balcony.

Modern, stylish apartment in a great location. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum and a single tram journey from central station. There are a variety of restaurants, bars and shops close at hand, but the street around the apartment is very quiet. There are all the facilities you could want in the apartment and access to a washing machine in the basement if you need it. Our flat was just above ground floor with a small balcony which is pleasant to sit on, but no real view - just greenery and the adjacent residential flats. It is good to have the option for cleaning every day, and for the tea/coffee pods/dishwasher tabs to be replaced daily.

There was an AC unit in the room, but it didn't seem to work. I pressed several buttons on the controller and it seemed like the machine should have reacted. Unfortunately it did not and the room was just a bit stuffy.

The layout was far more spacious than I was expecting. And there was a lift in the property. A pleasant surprise as I was staying on the top floor.

I got an appartment at the ground floor which was very dark and chilly during the day despite the taras! that was not mentioned during the booking process. There are a lot appartments in the building it shoud be mentioned what is the exact location of each apartament apart from that the bathroom ventilation was poor.

Generally everything was more than ok! location of the apartment was perfect! it was very clean and the apartment had everything we needed!

Towels were a bit tired. And it took a while to find a washing rack, but they did. There was building work happening next door which I was only informed of on arrival. It was supposed to be between 8am and 4pm, but on a few days it started with a truck outside my window at 7.15am. Most days there was no building noise though. My room was also next to the front door, so it was a bit disruptive at times, but not too bad. If I stayed there again I'd choose one of the apartments (not studio) to hopefully face the back garden or not be at street level. There are no basics like cleaning cloths or salt and pepper. But the big Albert Heijn shop nearby has everything you need. Nova do supply certain things, and restock daily, like coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, creamer, dishwasher tablet, dishwashing liquid, towels, dishcloth, toilet paper, shower gel, hand wash etc. I stayed for 12 nights (2 bookings), so it made sense to buy other basics. On occasion my room would be filled with cooking smells, presumably from the apartment downstairs.

Great location. Close to public transport, restaurants, shops, museums. Nice to have a small kitchenette and table to be able to eat in, instead of at restaurants all the time. And to have more space than you would get at a hotel. The staff were very friendly and responsive to requests (I emailed reception). They even oiled a squeaking door within 30 minutes of my request. Good block out curtains.

Steep stairs to the two bedroom suite are not suitable for older persons, lift is available to other rooms.

The apartments are located among quiet leafy streets walking distance to restaurants, market, the Museums, and 25 minute walk to canals.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable and we slept really well. The location was great. A quiet street near the Museums with easy access to the airport and the centre of town. Loved this place and will definitely stay again.

Our only complaint was with some sort of plumbing issue that occasionally caused a sewer smell in the bathroom. But it would come and go and if the bathroom door was kept closed, it was not an issue. It should be addressed though.

These apartments are tucked on a beautiful residential, quiet street just a block to main drags with the tram that takes you everywhere. It's a 2-block walk to the Museumplein, with the Van Gogh, Rijks, and a couple others, as well as a large grocery store. Don't miss the fresh-squeezed orange juice machine in the grocery store! Fill your bottle and enjoy! It's also a 5 min walk to the bus to and from the airport. The apt. was lovely, and being part of a hotel, offers daily cleaning service. It was a perfect refuge to return to every day after long days of walking. The unit we got had a private outdoor garden space, though it was too cold during our visit to use.

A man (hopefully personnel) entered our apartment at 9:30 am (checkout time 11:00 am) while we were still sleeping. This shouldn't happen! Our apartment was in the basement (we knew about it when booking) so there was less daylight. I saw some ants.

The location is good - in the proximity of Museumsplein and in a walk distance to the city centre. The apartment was nice and clean. Everything was prepared before our arrival.
