The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable and we slept really well. The location was great. A quiet street near the Museums with easy access to the airport and the centre of town. Loved this place and will definitely stay again.

Our only complaint was with some sort of plumbing issue that occasionally caused a sewer smell in the bathroom. But it would come and go and if the bathroom door was kept closed, it was not an issue. It should be addressed though.

These apartments are tucked on a beautiful residential, quiet street just a block to main drags with the tram that takes you everywhere. It's a 2-block walk to the Museumplein, with the Van Gogh, Rijks, and a couple others, as well as a large grocery store. Don't miss the fresh-squeezed orange juice machine in the grocery store! Fill your bottle and enjoy! It's also a 5 min walk to the bus to and from the airport. The apt. was lovely, and being part of a hotel, offers daily cleaning service. It was a perfect refuge to return to every day after long days of walking. The unit we got had a private outdoor garden space, though it was too cold during our visit to use.

A man (hopefully personnel) entered our apartment at 9:30 am (checkout time 11:00 am) while we were still sleeping. This shouldn't happen! Our apartment was in the basement (we knew about it when booking) so there was less daylight. I saw some ants.

The location is good - in the proximity of Museumsplein and in a walk distance to the city centre. The apartment was nice and clean. Everything was prepared before our arrival.

The living room furniture wasn’t especially comfortable. Newer, more comfortable furniture would have elevated the whole experience.

The location was great. We loved staying in a mainly residential neighborhood in a converted townhouse instead of a boxy hotel. We were able to walk or take a tram almost everywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen and bath were super clean and, though small, they had everything we needed. The shower was great, with a rain head and a handheld. Housekeeping service was excellent. I really appreciated the elevator. Loved the tall ceilings and the comfortable mattress. There were all kinds of restaurants nearby.

This location was great! The apartment was spacious, modern, and clean. We were really pleased by the whole experience. It was comfortable and a wonderful retreat each evening after a day of wandering around the city. The location is very central and easy to get to/from the airport. I would stay here again.

Only one circumstance darkened my stay. Unfortunately, the shower drain was so clogged that it was almost impossible to use the shower. In the morning I complained to the gentleman who cleaned the rooms. He immediately contacted the appropriate service by phone and within a few hours everything was fixed.

I have stayed at the Nova Apartments often. A beautiful area of the city, close to museums and the famous concert hall. After the renovation, the studio room became very cozy. There is everything you need for cooking. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower room.

I was interrupted on one of the mornings by one of the cleaners coming into my room while I was still in bed and he didn't seem to understand me, but eventually he did. I had forgotten to hang the do not disturb sign on the door the night before, so partly my own fault!

The location was central enough for reaching all my favourite locations like the Jordaan, and Leidseplein as well as visiting friends and family in south Amsterdam. It was very quiet because it's situated in a very quiet residential street whose residents are mostly local to that area. The apartment was tastefully and well-furnished with very comfortable beds. Although I was travelling on my own, I really think the space is more than ample for 2 people sharing. It had all the mod cons of home, well heated, well serviced and clean.

Stairs leading to the apartment were pretty steep but this is out of the owners control. However there was a lift.

Stunning property with all the amenities you could need. The city view was simply beautiful and the apartment was spotless and tidy. Beds were so comfy and the location was great. The communication between myself and the owner was easy and they were very helpful and responsive. Personally loved the letter we received from them when we arrived stating where the local shops were and a map of the town.

Gosh, it is hard to think of what we didn't like as we had such a good time, the rooms were great, the location was stellar, and the place was super clean and comfortable. I guess the only thing I can think of is to warn unsuspecting visitors about the steep and narrow "Amsterdam stairs" going up the last level to the penthouse and down to the studio basement rooms, where the elevator doesn't reach. We had no problems but anyone with limited mobility should stick with the middle rooms which are serviced by the elevators. Also, this was not a "minus", but people used to a traditional hotel experience should understand that this location is remotely staffed; that is, there is no front desk. We had no problems contacting staff when needed but it was always remotely - via phone or email or through the booking.com app.

The location was a short walk (under 15 minutes) to the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, bike rentals, Christmas market, and grocery stores. The location felt very centrally located. For what we wanted to do, this location was amazing. We were a family traveling together, so we booked one room at the very top for a family of 4 and another at the very bottom for grandma. The penthouse room at the top fit the two parents and two children very well. There was an elevator which helped bypass "the Amsterdam stairs" except for the last level to the penthouse. The penthouse room felt airy and spacious and had a nice view over the rooftops. The pictures on the website give an excellent idea of how the room felt. The studio room in the basement felt more claustrophobic because it was below street level. Also there was no elevator to the basement. However it was cozy, well-appointed, and very clean. I stayed there and was quite comfortable. If we go back again, we would stay here. The staff always responded immediately to any email questions. The rooms were spotless and the beds and showers exceptionally comfortable. The location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do.

Perfect location - minutes walk to the Museumplein and metro if you need to get to the train station with a private terrace for warm weather, tastefully decorated. Lots of cafes around, a nice supermarket close by, a charming park. The apartment had everything a traveller would need, incl. coffee maker with capsules, cream and sugar... Staff available always when you need them to take care if there is a problem.

Just the bed. Everything else was fantastic.

The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped. The person who did the cleaning was great and resupplied anything we needed, put the dishwasher on for us when we had run out of dishwasher tablets. The location is fantastic if you want to be close to everything but not in the middle of it. Plenty of places to eat and drink near by, a big supermarket 5 mins up the road. The one thing that let it down was the bed, which is a spring mattress. It was lumpy and any movement on one side ripples over to the other side. It wasn’t awful or unmanageable, but it definitely detracted from everything else that was truly awesome about our stay.
