The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. The hotel room was clean and included all the amenities. Although it was a bit far away from the city center, the bus station was 1 minute away from the hotel, which was really convenient.

Beds were a little hard and so difficult to sleep on. Room was warm but opening window helped (fortunately was not too noisy in this area). Paid parking but easily accessible and transport to town.

Location, easy to get to centre with buses directly outside. Friendly staff. Good, varied breakfast.

We stayed with our dog which we have also told the facility beforehand. Everything went well in the end, friendly staff, no problems with our dog but they gave us a form to sign during check in which stated that dogs are not to be left alone in the room without a crate and they are not allowed in the breakfast hall. We, like most of the dog owners, do not randomly carry a crate with us. If we had known about this rule, we would have chosen another hotel also considering how high the dog charge is.

It's time to clean the drain in the sink in the bathroom.

A nice comfortable hotel with a cozy restaurant, where we stay quite often and overall continue to rate it highly. As always a great selection for breakfast and generally an atmosphere to take a break while traveling.

The tub and shower combo. But this is more of a personal preference.

Room was spacious and clean. Clean and luxurious bathroom. Nice soaps available, nice big bed.

Bathroom is in an old style with tiles that need updating. Final bill added by mistake the City Tax that was included in the booking.com price. But NH-staff reacted immediately and I will be reimbursed.

Breakfast is excellent; from English breakfast to Continental breakfast with fresh fruit, self to bake waffles and a great variety of bread and cereals. Room is standard not very modern but decent for a 4 star hotel with sufficient international TV channels and a spacious bathroom who could do with a more modern touch. Location for our purpose was great next to the MECC centre and the University Hospital. The city centre is on the other side of the river about 15 min walk.

Breakfast options were just normal. Could have been better.

We stayed there for a night while visting Maastricht Christmas makets. The room and bed was super comfortable. Location is close to Vrijtof where the christmas market is, a few mins drive from hotel. Staff was very helpful. Car parking is also easy for a fee.

Outdated room and bathroom. We expected better value for the money.

Hotel is ok but need an update on accommodation room and bathroom. It is clear with good comfortable bed. Approximately 30 minutes walk to center. We stayed last weekend off December for the New Year Eve. On arrival front desk staff gave us the tag to hang on the door for complementary drinks on New Year’s Eve but never delivered. We very much enjoyed the city and the atmosphere of the local restaurants and bars. Great shopping experience and cheerful people of Maastricht.

The tv is a little dated and has no Chromecast.

The room was really nice, as well as the staff and location. You can grab around 3 buses in front of the hotel that takes you to the city center. Underground parking was really good.

The layout in the bathroom: due to the big distance between the liquid soap and the sink, and to the fact that the liquid soap cannot be moved from its place, it was difficult to use the liquid soap without spilling it before washing your hands in the sink.

Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, clean room. We are glad that the room had an empty minifridge.

The fact that you cannot drive into the garage (P8?), call reception and have reception open after a verification of your booking number. Now you have to drive around, get a parking ticket at the reception and drive back.

The checking went fast with 3 employees.

We slept at 1st floor. The flags in front of the window made a lot of noise. Maybe replace the flags by lighter material. We couldn’t sleep well, kept us awake to much. Or do not book room 107.

The hotel was quite far from the city centre, only a 10 min bus but about a 40 min walk. Although the hotel in general seemed modern, the room seemed quite outdated and we requested a double bed but were given two single beds pushed together.

The hotel was very modern and the staff were very friendly. Clean room and bathroom and comfortable size. Check-out time was very good and the staff were great at keeping our bags for us the next day.
