The layout in the bathroom: due to the big distance between the liquid soap and the sink, and to the fact that the liquid soap cannot be moved from its place, it was difficult to use the liquid soap without spilling it before washing your hands in the sink.

Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, clean room. We are glad that the room had an empty minifridge.

The fact that you cannot drive into the garage (P8?), call reception and have reception open after a verification of your booking number. Now you have to drive around, get a parking ticket at the reception and drive back.

We slept at 1st floor. The flags in front of the window made a lot of noise. Maybe replace the flags by lighter material. We couldn’t sleep well, kept us awake to much. Or do not book room 107.

The hotel was quite far from the city centre, only a 10 min bus but about a 40 min walk. Although the hotel in general seemed modern, the room seemed quite outdated and we requested a double bed but were given two single beds pushed together.

The hotel was very modern and the staff were very friendly. Clean room and bathroom and comfortable size. Check-out time was very good and the staff were great at keeping our bags for us the next day.

Everything except the bar staff They were unfriendly and in rush Didn’t want to speak with us A little lady in around 50th on our arrival on 10th of December we was quite hungry and we just wanted only a coffee because we saw was quite busy and we chose our table but she didn’t want to serve us…not really sure way but we left to the Andre Rieu concert and we had our coffee and lunch at the Christmas market in forum 100!!! I would like to have some one like her in my company!! She was absolutely rude and really unfriendly!! Otherwise all your reception staff was really respectful and helpful 5 ⭐️for them!!! The bath drain didn't seem to work too well and the bathroom mirror was stained; otherwise, the room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable.

The hotel was very comfortable and located about 15 minutes by bus from Maastricht center which was nice and convenient; a much better price than comparable ones in the center. Staff was kind. Our room was warm and tidy.

Pillows were really uncomfortable (thin/soft) without variation towards something harder, so my neck paid the price. Mattress was also very hard. Not the most comfortable sleep I've had at an NH hotel.

Convenient location to grab a bus that could take us to the city center in 15-20 minutes. Hotel facilities and rooms are also quite spacious.

The lighting in the room and bathroom could be better.

Excellent staff, very friendly and warm. Very responsive and supportive to the customer's needs. The location is perfect for those visiting MUMC, just 5 min walk. Takes about 10 min by bus from Maastricht CS and 7 min walk from Maastricht Randwyck. Breakfast buffet is nice, in a cozy restaurant. For those planning to come by car, the hotel has limited parking (paid). Street parking is possible and it's €8 per day.

The only issue that I had was that the fitness area and sauna/steam bath area was closed off. I was looking forward to using these facilities and there was no warning about this in the welcome email

The breakfast was fantastic - I loved how there were small additions to make everything perfect - example was the lemon, ginger and mint for people wanting to make fresh teas. The local breads were also amazing. I also really enjoyed the size of my room, and the fact that there was a refrrigerator and iron included in the room.

The spa and fitness center was not operational. The surroundings are a bit dull with concrete buildings and carparks.

The hotell is located a bit outside Maastricht, but there are busses every 10 mins that bring you downtown in a few minutes. The room was large and clean. Fridge a water boiler was in the room. Comfortable beds and quiet location.
