Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was perfect! Access to the studio is very easy and flexible, the room is spotless, towels are super soft and everything you need (toiletries, coffee/tea, etc.) is already in the room. There are multiple supermarkets and places to eat within walking distance. Public transport to Station Zuid is also within minutes from the studio. Definitely recommended if you want to have a nice stay in Amsterdam without the loudness and excessive prices of hotels in the city center!

IndiaI didn't realize there will be no microwave or stove during booking, just electric kettle n coffee maker. It would have been nice to have a microwave to heat ready to eat food from Jumbo supermarket which is well stocked.
Ground floor apartment, smooth check-in process, very close to tram station, supermarket. Peaceful neighborhood, exactly what i needed for some me-time on my birthday! Cozy set up, comfortable, well equipped shower n toiletries. Appreciate David's support for a slightly early check in as I was moving from first 2 nights stay in hotel.

New ZealandWe were travelling for an extended period and there was not much room for our two suitcases, but having said that much more room than many hotel rooms.
The studio was well located being only 2 minutes walk from a tram stop and only 3 stops from Amsterdam Zuid which made for easy access from the airport. It was a pleasant tram ride to Amsterdam's Museums and then to the old city. The finish of the studio is of high quality. The bed comfortable and the shower excellent. It was an excellent base for our time in Amsterdam.

IrelandA small amount of noise in the mornings, but not too out of the ordinary for the location on a busy road.
David was a great host, who met me and ran me through the studio. The studio is small, but well equipped with a comfortable bed and large bathroom in a great location beside the tram and near the supermarket. David was very understanding and let me stay beyond the check out time to avoid the Code Rood storm outside!

The location was great - not too far from the center but it was nice and quiet. The hosts could not have been better - one thing that stood out is when we asked them a question about the public transport after getting lost and they went out of their way to Facetime us to talk us through how to get around! They were really kind, genuine people and made our stay perfect. They had every small extra you could think of in the room to just make our stay a little bit better (facemasks, multiple towels, air freshener spray etc)

United KingdomNothing. Maybe a bit far from Central Amsterdam but it wasn’t an issue as its right next to a tram, which costs £9 for the day.
Everything about this property was amazing. So cozy and comfortable, we didn’t need cooking facilities so that was not a problem but we had a basic kitchen so a fridge/sink/kettle and thats all we needed. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was stellar. Shower was a dream to use. Very clean, good TV service and good wifi. The host, David, was amazing. He helped us with everything as first timers and always checked if we needed anything else whilst we were there

I stayed for a week so she asked during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed like towels etc. Close to tram stop so could easily get into the city. Would definitely recommend!

NetherlandsI had an amazing stay in this room. the room is very nice, the room has a warm feel to it. the shower is amazing! the location is great if you want to see Amsterdam (with tram and metro it takes about 20-25 minutes to get in the center), but want to sleep at a chill spot. the hosts are very kind and helpful when there are questions. The room was super clean. Definitely a good choice if you're looking for a room to stay in Amsterdam.
