Strangely though I didn't particularly love the cooked breakfasts at all so just stuck to croissants. Why not offer an Indonesian and malaysian breakfast as well: I would have loved to eat roti canai and roti tisu again. Please offer more variety for starters, the chicken sate was great and authentic but the rest was a bit uninspiring.

I loved the eco and green design of the hotel and it's wonderful rainforest theme. I loved the room we had, the fun little balcony decks. I loved the glass and plant walkways and the little places to sit by dense planting in the public spaces. To be honest I loved virtually everything. I really liked the realxing cocktail bar and the views were splendid. At breakfast I did like the make-your-own teabag arrangement. Dinner was very good generally. I always chose the Indonesesian options (which are in fact just the same as to me more familiar Malaysian cuisine)

One has one bus line to Amsterdam central so you do have to catch more than one mode of transport if you want to get around

Everything was in great condition, and clean. The facilities were excellent with access to the pool and spa. Breakfast included was great and a diverse range of options. The hotel itself was a highlight of the trip. 24/7 reception available. Definitely coming back to this hotel next time we come to Amsterdam

The deserts in the restaurant were not at the same standard as the rest of the food. The beds are super comfortable but the pillows are not.

Everything. Absolutely lovely. Great eye for detail and incredible attitude towards customers. Food was delixious, room was spaceous and very clean! Breakfast was rich and there's something for anyone.

The only things we did not like was the heavy feather comforter, which was not appropriate for summer and made us sweat as well as the feather pillows which were too soft. We prefer firm memory foam pillows. Also there were not enough lights in the bedroom so in the evening it was difficult to see anything, it was so dark, so we had to keep the drapes open. The hotel should provide some lamps instead of the single wall sconce. Apart from these things which can easily be remedied by the hotel, everything else was perfect.

We had a very nice room with a balcony facing the IJ river, so we were able to sit there and watch the boats go by and the people walking and bicycling by the riverside or on the bridge near the hotel. The location could not have been better since it was a short bus ride to the Central Station on Bus # 43 with the stop being located just in front of the hotel. We had opted for the included breakfast which included made to order eggs along with a variety of cheeses, cold cuts, breads, pastries, juices, baked beans, all kinds of granolas and of course a variety of coffee choices from the machine. The bedroom was very spacious with a soft bed, a sofa, a table and chair and the bathroom had a vanity and ottoman and enough storage space for luggage and clothes. There was a tub as well as a shower. The toilet was in a separate glass enclosure. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend this place.

Spacious room with balcony and chair. A large shower. A seperate toilet. Good quality of towels and bed linen. A lot of electric sockets . A mini fridge and fabulous tv size and picture but poor selection of channels to choose from. Public transport tickets can be purchased at the hotel. Bus stop outside the hotel to train station and there to all other services/trams/canal boat tours. Also a tram across the bridge. We walked into town and back a couple of times. River cruise ships dock close by near to train station and a smallish walk to hotel, but with a lot of luggage you may prefer a cab. Ample selection at breakfast, hot and cold self serve but not all to my taste. The hotel looks a lot further from the city on the map than it actually is. Very pleased we choose this hotel. A huge thank you to ISA for a lovely warm welcome.

Immaculate hotel, bedroom was amazing, two shower and toilets. Spa facility was fantastic, great pool. Layout and design of the interior of the hotel was amazing. Food and breakfast fantastic. A must stay!

Inadequate lighting and cooling of room. It was too warm to sleep well. The lights are so dim, we had to turn on every light and even then, there was not enough light to read by unless directly under the reading lamp. The light in the toilet room is most annoying. Paid for three nights that included breakfast, but it didn't open until 7 on weekdays, so we didn't have time for breakfast the day we left for the airport at 7

Smokers blocking the entrance/exit. Impossible to get in or out without inhaling cigarette smoke. Disgusting. Should have a designated area for smokers away from the entrance.

Elevators are missing one button. You could not tell whether you wanted to go up or down. Caused some confusion and extra waiting. Location is behind a bridge from the centrum, but take a tram or a bus and problem is solved.

What a stylish hotel this was. New, fresh, wood everywhere, indoors jungle and excellent service right from the check-in. Room was at the same level as the overall hotel experience - stylish and fresh with a balcony. From sixth flor room we saw sea and ships. Great. There is a moving wall that can be used to separate the bedroom section from the rest of the space if you want to give silence for your spouse while you are cooking the morning coffee. Breakfast was great as well as the service. Liked the friendly robot that carried used dished to kitchen.
