We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe breakfast didn't really suit me. As a solo traveler I did like the atmosphere but it took a little too long to be served, probably due to being freshly prepared. The menu choice was difficult for me, being too fancy , but this is a personal preference. Most people seemed to be enjoying breakfast. I do not like the bathroom shampoos, shower gel, body lotion etc in small plastic tubes. It is incredibly wasteful and bad for the environment. Much better to have dispensers.
The location is lovely. Really enjoyed the short ferry across the river to and from the city. The hotel is very nice, and staff are friendly and helpful, the room was large and carpeted. The bed was wonderful with quality bedding, including the best pillows I have come across in a hotel. Plenty of hot water, good shower. Breakfast was served and the atmosphere was relaxed.

The hotel is really first class. The room was located in the new wing on the 2nd floor. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The complete breakfast is served on a large plate per person. The location is fabulous with a view over the River IJssel. The little ferry brings you to the other banks where you can enter the historical town of Deventer. The so called 'living' is the nicest place in the hotel.

We were also offered a complementary aperitif at the bar which was a very nice gesture. The room was spacious, comfortable; at night it was very quiet. The breakfast was excellent.

Netherlandsgood hotel but connecting room entrance area light have no switch to turn off so we had to sleep with the light on. Find dinning pigeon meat had a odd smell and taste but rest of courses were good. There is no signs of wash cloth in the rooms which is odd.

United KingdomFor us, we would prefer a buffet breakfast, although everything we wanted was available upon demand. Also perhaps waiters should make it clear that the glass of champagne offered when arriving in the restaurant for the evening meal is not in fact complimentary and will cost €14 each!!

GermanyThe breakfast is probably good, but we chose not to eat it at the hotel because it is too expensive. It would be good if a cheaper continental breakfast was also offered.
Everything was great. The price was fair, plus there was free parking. To get to the center, one takes a 5 min ferry ride that is right next to the hotel. The service personel were all friendly and helpful. Coffee maker is in the room.

United StatesThe WiFi was not strong at all and made it difficult to take work calls or zooms. The counter top in the bathroom came out too far over the sinks so it was hard to shave or wash your face. The TVs should be mounted on the wall. They take up too much space on the floor in the room.
The staff were very kind and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Conveniently located by ferry and it was nice that they offered free ferry tickets.

The staff is friendly, courteous and attentive. They attempt to meet all the needs of their guests. The food is exceptional! Excellent quality, well presented and very satisfying. The outdoor terrace is lovely in the summertime and the dining room in winter Is warm and inviting.
