The shower had no privacy since it was next to the bed and had to leave room to give other people traveling with me privacy to take shower and very narrow room to have three carry on luggage. The television needs to go up little higher for the person in bunk bed to see

Nice that it was so close to AMS airport. Liked the shelves and corner desk and clothes hanging area. Beds were comfortable to sleep.

Nice stay. Room clean, simple, quiet and comfortable. Hotel is well connected to the city (20 min by public transport) and to the airport (free shuttle bus 5 min). Practical place.

A very good option if you need to stay overnight in Amsterdam near the airport. The regular shuttle service is a big plus for getting from/to the airport. The rooms are small, but meet this hotel's purposes and guest's needs. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

I liked everything.

The hotel has a free shuttle service to and from the airport which takes about 12 to 15 minutes. The drivers are on time and this is really convenient for connections in the early hours. The first shuttle leaves around 3:22am.

It is hidden behind another hotel with almost an identical name so better signage would be good. We accidentally went to the other one first. I was happy we didn't pick that one though because it was very loud with rude staff.

It was very clean and tidy and is miles cheaper than any other airport hotel in the area. Yeah the rooms are small but not a problem. It should have better reviews. You don't need much when it is just a quick stay. The free shuttle is great. The staff was very kind and I was super grumpy from traveling all day so that was very appreciated.

The paper cups for the bathroom sink. We agree it is environmentally friendly but we found it too flimsy for repeated use. Glass would have been a better option .

Proximity to Schiphol , availability of a breakfast option plus the free shuttle to and from the airport . We were able to use the shuttle service on the day that we wanted to explore the city . The trains to Amsterdam central station originate from the airport too. Breakfast buffet choices of hard boiled egg, tiny pancakes, cereal, cold cuts, cheese ,croissants, etc. was enough for us. Loved the coffee machines with various options,:cappucino,latte, hot milk, oat milk etc.. Staff are very friendly and efficient .Room was quiet, clean and served its purpose for a two night stay. Great value for our money.

Room was a bit small and tight, but okay for one night to take the flight.

Excellent location for taking a morning flight. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Shuttle service was very good.

Unfortunately, I had to get up really early to catch my flight and missed out on breakfast. Hopefully next time I have a later flight that allows me more time.

Very confusing as did not realise there were 3 Ibis Hotels close to the Airport. Arrived early, dropped off luggage for later in evening. Staff very friendly at reception, when dropping off my luggage they saw I had a Mail Postal Tube and they said I could leave safely with my luggage. I said I was going back to the Airport to catch train to the Van Gogh Museum and needed the tube for posters I wanted to buy. They advised me there was a bus across the road (in quick walking distance) that took me to the front of the Museum!! Saved me LOTS of time!! Many thanks.

No facilities, just a couple of cardboard cups, no glasses provided, basically just a shell for the night. We only booked because our flight was cancelled.

Low budget room, handy for the airport with free shuttle running both ways.

The service was excellent, it was great to reach at the airport and knowing that I have transport to take directly to the hotel. The staff were welcoming and really helpful. The room was very clean and nice, everything that was needed was already in the bathroom. And the best thing for us was that breakfast already available at 4am.

The rooms were very warm and if you open the window with no screen you’re left to face the elements of nature or stay warm in your room.

Staff were all very nice and helpful. Location is great and easy to get on the buses to the city centre.
