Good hotel, good location great customer service

Hotel is close to everything, 750m to the beach, 750m to city centre. Busstop in front of the door. The breakfast is exceptional! Everything was clean and tidy. I can't think of a reason not to go here.

Swimming pool seems to need a little bit of maintenance. The breakfast was super basic, but the croissants were great!! And the staff... the best!

The location is ideal, certainly if you are coming without car is very near from the Ferry port. The staff is super friendly and they tried their best to make our stay the most pleasant.

The pool was very dirty. I would not recommend using it at all. It was gross.

The restaurant was below average and the menu was poorly chosen. The personnel running the restaurant did not know their job.

The room was average in size. Breakfest was excellant, also the availability of a swimming pool was excellant.

Very minor thing, the room service was only from 17-21.

Wonderful service!!! The restaurant is spot on, they even made a 4 cheese pizza on request. The food there is very good, nice mix between vegetables and meat/ fish. The reception is very helpful, overall the staff is very good. The swimming pool is a nice plus!! The rooms are bigger than average, clean and comfortable. Location is very good for reaching the beach and the nice village nearby. All in all a very good stay!!!

To be honest, we didn't find anything we didn't like.

The staff were from different countries and very friendly. Loved Tristan in the restaurant, funny and sweet. The food, breakfast and dinner were delicious. Loved the location, close to the beach and Nes. It didn't matter that the weather (in the Netherlands) was stormy and rainy. Still had fun. We are big fans of Fletcher Hotels, having found New Vliet Fletcher during Covid.

The room was freezing when we came. The kids had to go to bed and I was seriously a bit concerned about the youngest. I tried to reach out via their WhatsApp and they mentioned a thermostat in the kitchen- which we never found. The next morning I found to electric heaters behind the curtains. Which was great, but could only be used with the curtains wide open of course- otherwise it would be a fire hazard. They have a pool- which was wonderful! But also the pool was very cold. It was a bit of a theme haha. Now we did feel like we might be just spoiled travelers but considering the price we paid- a bit of warmth would have been nice ;-)

We stayed in a studio which was great. Breakfast was wonderful too.

Last minute and unexpected problems may happen to anyone. While understanding there are terms and conditions to cancellation, forcely exercising the rights of "terms and conditions" to charge a couple during a break up process, as they cannot make use of reservation, is just ruthless approach to the "systems" and "rights" to profit on the benefit of a big corporation hotel. Some human touch is never too much.

The room cards did not work despite multiple attempts and recoding, which cost us three hours of our weekend stay. Instead of changing our two rooms to another room, we had to leave the room door open for over hours so that the door lock could be changed.

I loved everything! We were upgraded to a studio room which was beautiful and very modern. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. We could park our electric bikes at the back of the hotel, where a specific bike parking was. It was close to downtown Nes. When we checked out it was no issue to store our luggage for the rest of the day.

The way the rooms are renovated is not that good. The bathroom is still not smelling correctly due to limited air filtering. Besides the mechanical air filtering channels in each apartment is connected to the lower and upper levels in the bedroom and toilet without any (!) filtering. So you can hear everything what is happening on the toilets below and above you. The same applies to the bedroom. This is completely unacceptable and makes this hotel a complete NO-GO!

The hotel is nicely located a bit outside of the Nes-village. The setup of the hotel is spacious so that is a good thing. The staff is friendly. At least some of the apartments are renovated which is a small improvement.

Wrong rooms at reservation. No airco (28 degrees on a sunny day). Tiny room for two people, old TV, personell only works with you after you’re really clear on what was agreed upon. No intrinsic motivation to keep you comfortable.

The worst is the lack of noise isolation between the rooms below and above. You can hear truly everything from the room upstairs and downstairs in the toilet and small bedroom through the air condition system. Really annoying especially with guests who not want to sleep nu prefer partying.

Hotel is located close to Nes village. The rooms are renovated for a bit.
