To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe clear perspex shower in the middle of the bedroom floor didn’t offer any privacy for a group sharing rooms.
Location was ideal, easy to get to from the airport and a short journey to the city centre. Although the hotel was a little quirky the rooms were clean and the staff provided first class service. Breakfast buffet had a great selection.

NetherlandsI’ve driven by this hotel, many times, and was always curious about what it would be like to stay there. I was very excited about having this experience, which is probably why I was so incredibly disappointed. Walking into the room, it looks very elegant and minimalistic, but it ends up being inconvenient. It’s a bit odd having a transparent shower in the middle of the room. There’s no place for soap or shampoo in the shower, so you’re relegated to putting them on the floor. Additionally, the towel rack was broken. The colorful the exterior that is so eye-catching from the highway disrupts the view when looking out from a room. I was unable to regulate the room temperature. If you’re choosing a hotel because of proximity to Schiphol, there are definitely better options.

NetherlandsThe two of us couldn't figure out how to adjust the water in the shower. We are from a rural area and we and our friends have an ordinary shower. It would be nice to see instructions. The air conditioner, also known as the hood, blew strong cool air directly onto the bed. We woke up with a sore throat. The two of us got sick and we both got sick. The air conditioning system on the wall did not respond to pressure and it was impossible to turn anything off.
This is a cool, fun hotel. A round window with cars always in a hurry, a transparent shower like a capsule. Very comfortable bed, coffee machine, excellent insulation

FranceThe coffee machine water tank was leaking, vending machines sold out on some products, and the vending machine prices were a little expensive. But that’s just nitpicking. Very good stay otherwise.
The room was good, we didn’t hear any noise from outside. The layout of the room itself was very well made and a surprise for us, the shower especially. Very nice design in my opinion!

BelgiumOverall I was pleased with my stay. However, there were some details that had a negative impact on overall guest experience. Since these could be easily fixed, I'm happy to report them here. *The information flyer mentioned: scan your room's QR-code to access the room service app. There was no QR-code to be found, until after a long search I removed a heap of magazines placed there by the cleaning staff. *Room service did not include proper meals although the restaurant was still open. *The beds were not made up as they should. The sheets loosened very fast and I personally hate it when you have to fix this and touch the mattress. *Annoying noises at 11 pm. Would have kept me up, but I never travel without earplugs.
Unique building. What I liked most: the excellent buffet breakfast on the 18th floor with awesome views. Rooms are spacious and rather comfortable. You either love or hate the in-room shower. I personally think this is an example of form over functionality.
