The bathroom was not so clean.

The morden settings of the interior was amazing, Suzanne was very nice and helpful. My kids liked the breakfast 😋. The beds where small but so comfortable that I did want to wake up for breakfast.

The room was big enough for myself as I was alone, The bathroom as well. The breakfast was very good as well and had everything needed! One worker (a lady) even spoke french at the reception!

Glass door into the bathroom, if you need to go for the toilet in the night you iluminate whole room, but I gues it's individual, for me and my girlfriend it was point down, King-size bed had two matrases so we were creating gap in the middle over night. It suppose to be luxurious room but I gues the only luxurious thing was the glass door into the bathroom.

Although the hotel looks renovated they missed to fix the way too steep stairs. With larger suitcases this is a hurdle to overcome.

Nice staff and reasonably good breakfast. Restaurant is good and service is friendly. Nothing special but also nothing wrong about it.

The floor in the room was really dirty, lots of dust and sand.

when asked to clean the room (water on the floor, hairs left in shower and bedroom floor, stains from previous occupants in toilet bowl...), the staff reacted promptly but poorly. They only mopped the floor which resulted in the hairs still being there. no cleaning of the toilet bowl done, na vacuum before mop, etc. The rooms, despite being advertised as soundproof, are actually not. at. all. windows on first floor are poorly maintained, resulting in not being able to close one fully. Here you go if you were after some privacy. when discussing the front desk about it, the owner was roaming around but instead of introducing herself and start reassuring about what could be done, she simply quietly enquired to the front desk in front of us, without even saying hello to us, then went away. so weird, why wouldn't you just say hi and make a quick eye contact? politeness is sometimes the only thing that would make a stay enjoyable above everything else. anything else is material actually. but education is all.

downtown, for what it means in such a small city... breakfast good although get there on time because at 10am sharp all is brought back to kitchen!

Shower not clean, trash filled, thin and worn towels, a unknown man came knocking at 9pm asking for access to the bathroom (??), noise of workers in the hotel at 7:20 am on a Saturday morning, nobody at check out, good quantity but poor breakfast choice.

I chose this hotel because of its reasonable price for me, and when I arrived there after midnight, I was surprised that he wanted an additional 30 euros, knowing that I had booked an hour and a half before my arrival, and they did not explain that checking in at this time required an additional amount!

It was not as clean as I would have liked. Very dirty baby bed which was not set up even though it was booked earlier. The beds where extremely hard and uncomfortable. Also the staff came into our room uninvited before check out time to remind us of the check out time twice. It was a terrible invasion of privacy.

the bathtub was incorrectly connected to the sewer and therefore a very bad smell was caused when using the bad. I think it leaks when using the overflow. Also the staff was not every interested with the exception of 2 persons. When we checked in, we met this very friendly person, and when we had dinner, the woman with the short hair was also very friendly. But when we checked out, only we got a “thank you” from this bloke who wasn’t interested at all. I even got him playing a game on his phone earlier during the breakfast buffet while almost all the bread, eggs and strawberry jam was gone. he was also not wearing any “branded” cloths, so I didn’t recognise him as staff. The cost of the stay didn’t reflect the value. The meals were average, the quality of the drinks was average and the hospitality was average.
