No water boiler in the room, free coffee & tea were available in the lobby but only till 17.00

Super large room with lots of storage - very handy with am active little one; floor heating in the bathroom; comfy beds; very nice breakfast with plenty of fŕesh local products; and an equipped play area downstairs that saved the day because it rained the whole time during our stay. Overall we had a fantastic time

The beds were two separate beds with wheels under them. They weren’t stuck together so every time we wanted to cuddle in bed one of us would slip in between. It was really annoying.

Nothing to complain about!!

Our room was , as usual, really nice. After we had eaten our Breakfast (what was super! Lots of differnt thing to enjoy), we would return and the maid had the room already in top form. The personal are super friendly and helpful. The Hotel Location is super. All in all, we had another super vacation.

Please give all rooms at least a fan if they haven't got airco. Our room (#10) had no fan. It's hot hot hot in summer. We asked and they had 1 spare fan, luckely but please a fan is no luxury anymore in the NL , this must be standard for not a cheap hotel.

Noise isolation in room wasn`t good enough, I`d prefer to have breakfasts a little bit later (but this is my personal habit) and there was no possibility to have any dinner at the hotel (only bar with drinks) in the evening (but it`s not a problem in fact, as there were a lot of restaurants nearby.

Everything! The friendly atmosphere , the cleanliness and comfort from the rooms, the super location along with the in-house bar are the reason we choose to vacation here every year (8X). The super breakfast deserves to be mentioned also. All in all we can highly recommend this Hotel!!

The only thing we didn’t like was that when our neighbours were smoking on their patios the smoke drifted in to our room. It was too warm to simply close the windows and doors.

there was no parking space at hotel. so I parked at paid parking on the first day. However, if you stay over 3days and want to visit many places by car, it is better to pay parking. one day parking is 10euro, one week is 20euro, one year is 30euro, and then you can park anywhere in the texel island. Price was bit high as it is high season.

Great location, close to everything and still quiet. I wanted to point out the excellent staff, we arrived at the island by the last ferry at 21:30, I wrote to them that we were late and they were waiting to welcome us even though the check-in time is until 21:00. The breakfast was exceptional, with fresh fruits and vegetables. It is recommended to rent a bike at the hotel, leave the car in the parking lot and explore the island by bike.

The furniture was a bit outdated. The terrace was on the parking place. With no privacy. There was no possibility to make a cup of coffee or tea in the evening after 17.00 hours (no water boiler). During the storm a lot of noise from the furniture moving on the balcony above our room.

Close to the beach, 5-10 minutes on foot. Delicious open buffet breakfast. Cheerful staff. Option to rent a bike. Room is cleaned every day. Wifi is well working.

We had a very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the street in front of the hotel. The breakfast room was bright and cheerful and the breakfast was very good with plenty of fresh items. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located just to the north of the main high street.

Super Breakfast. The room was quiet and tidy. Top location 5 min from beach and city center. A drink at the Hotel bar is is a grest way to end the day. The Hotel owners and their Family are super friendly.

Great little hotel, perfect location near bus stop, restaurants, shops, bike rental yet on a quiet street. 7 minutes to the beach, 5 - to the park. Very clean rooms, good breakfast.

There was no light in our terrace so we had to sit in the dark. The beds are 2 separate beds put side by side - we couldn't even stay close to each other because there was a large wedge between each mattress. We felt a bit uneasy leaving the backpack in such an open place (why not in a locked room or behind the counter?) but it turned out okay.

Breakfast and location (1 minute from city center) are very nice. The rooms are okay. They let us leave the backpacks in a corner of the room after check-out, which we came to retrieve at around 17h when we came to return the rented e-bicycles. You can also rent the electrical bicycles in the hotel (I think it was around 22/23€ each per day) and they'll replace/recharge the battery overnight if you rent it for over a day.
