Location is perfect, close to the train station and attractions. Staff is really friendly. Rooms are soundproofed, with led lights and a speaker. The app is really easy to use to control things in the room

Loved the privacy of the hubs and how clean and modern everything was. The staff was really friendly and answered all of our questions. Would stay here again if going back to Rotterdam for sure as the location and the price for value os great!

A very minor issue but a slightly more powerful hairdryer in the shared bathrooms - or the possibility of borrowing a hairdryer for use in your hub.

Exceptional value for money and a very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Staff at the check-in desk were very friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CityHub to anyone looking to travel!

The ceiling is too low to the bed so I hit my head once. I also heard other people hit their heads because of the sound. It would be better if there is a cushion layer attached to the ceiling to provide a buffer.

I like the bathroom because it’s very spacious and clean. Also the light in the bedroom, I can adjust the lightness and color, it’s cool.

It was cold in the capsule, with no option to control the room temperature. Noise from other capsules could be heard. It would be nice to have a folding table in the capsule, a safe box, and reading lights. There is also no way to lock the capsule from the inside.

The location is excellent, in a vibrant neighborhood with various shops and restaurants nearby. The room included a bathrobe. You can control the lighting and play music from Spotify using the CityHub app. The size of the capsule is perfect, not too small. Rituals products are provided in the bathroom. The common areas, including the bathroom, are very clean, although I did find hair from previous guests on the mattress in the capsule. The staff at the reception are friendly, and the value for money is very good.

I had a great experience. The room was small but planned in such a practical way that I was able to organize all my things and still feel I have enough room, and it was also cozy. The public areas including the bathrooms, lounge and working area are designed aesthetically and are very comfortable. Last but not least, the location of the hub is great!! I recommend the place :)

Exceptional as usual. Perfect location, surrounded by good food and beautiful bars but also keep the great quality of sound insulation. The staff are great. Special thanks to Lotus, she was very helpful and patient. Bathroom is clean, shower is so comfortable. All the facilities are great.

The only critic I have is that it is too cold and there is not the option to slow down the air. It’s understandable in terms of circulation of air as it should be in a cozy space, just be prepared to have a jumper with you.

I loved the space inside the room. I supposed it was too small however I felt it very comfortable and there was enough space (just for me). Toilets always clean. People nice. Location in a strategic area, very central with a tram stop nearby

I wouldn't say that the "room" was clean, there were hair, and stains on sheets. Also a weird smell but I don't if they could do anything about it.

I liked the location, very close to all tourist destinations. The bathrooms were clean, there are shower gel and shampoo. There is a shared microwawe and a kettle.
