We got a link to a video on how to collect keys. But there was no internet available to access the video (as we were travelling from outside Europe). It would have helped if the property sent us written instructions on obtaining the keys.

The door to the inner courtyard was not lockable. The coating of the sink in the kitchen was not in order. For me personally, the apartment is too dark. For a longer stay this would bother me a lot. For a short stay where you want to explore the city anyway, it's fine.

You can get to the city center and old town very quickly.

Forget about going there by car. There is no space at all evento drop off the luggage. Furthermore, the staff forgot to book the parking that I had pre-paid for and to let me know how to access it.

Very conveniently located, near the central station, yet very quiet and clean. The furniture is a bit spartan, but it is acceptable. Best for people traveling by train (see the negative comment below).

Poor and slow communication from the remote staff. A video link had been sent prior to our stay but it would have been much easier if they just sent a message explaining where the room key would be as we missed it, and we had to help 3 other guests to find their keys as well during our stay so it's obvious they need to make this more clear. It was cold at night and we couldn't tell if there was temperature control in our room .You can't leave your bags behind after check out. Nevertheless we would stay again.

Great location close to DH central station. Very quiet in the room and at night. Spacious room, hot shower and water quick to heat up, balcony with table outside that we unfortunately didn't get to use as we got unlucky with the weather. Filter coffee machine in kitchen with coffee and filters provided. There is a lift. You are able to drop off your bags at 11:30 and then come back later for check in.

Having a reception always makes it simple and gives some confidence.

The apartment was comfortable and as per my expectation. The kitchen was good with all required utensils and amenities. The location was very close to the Den Haag central and this was helpful for us to travel around.

The facilities were very basic, no chopping board not all kitchen utensils. Have to make own bed which is hassle. The walls are very thin and can hear everything from corridor to next persons room. The whole look of the apartment it’s also very dated. The tv also was very hard to set up and we didn’t get to have any use of it.

The location was very good and we feel that the property was good for its money. The staff were also very friendly. Very easy check in service.

We did get woken up by the fire alarm one night and had to evacuate for over half an hour until it could be reset. Not the fault of the property owners, but a hazard in these types of places where everyone has a kitchen and the fire detectors are sensitive.

Location right by the station. The kitchenette was good for this size of apartment. Staff were there on arrival and were very helpful.

Excellent location, a few minutes' walk from the Centraal train station (and also near the NS Spool train station), and within fifteen minutes' walk of such desirable locations as the town hall, Mauritshaus museum, Palace Gardens, Chinatown, old prison, shopping district. Though the property rents for a modest price, it provides a kitchen in the unit.

- There were only two blankets for three people. I asked to bring another one, but instead, when we returned in the evening, we found dirt on the floor, toilet, and walls. The towel near the shower was also covered in dirt. We had to use our towels to clean the floor in the room and bathroom, and clean the toilet and sink. I wrote to management again via WhatsApp, but no one has read this message. In the morning I wrote through the Booking App asking for new towels and a blanket. Then they responded and delivered all by evening. - During our stay in The Hague the weather was windy. Due to the gusts of wind, the windows of the room shook and this made it difficult to sleep.

We had to put the sheets on the comforters. Irritating after a long day of travel. There was something living in the walls which was a bit concerning. No response from owner when we reported it.

Location was easy to access. Parking on street was very limited but we managed to find a spot both nights. Easy self check-in. Beds were comfortable.

The switches for lights are located not where you would expect them but in a different part of the studio, often around the corner. To my surprise I had to put the sheet on the duvet, after a long tiring journey a bit inconvenient. The mattress was very soft for me. The lock on the doors to the balcony seemed broken, it felt a bit weird to fall asleep knowing that, theoretically, somebody can climb over from the adjoining balcony and enter the room freely. The shower drain should be cleaned better after previous guests. These little details don't affect your stay in any rational way but they could spoil the impression a bit.

Conveniently located close to The Hague Centraal train station, this place provides good value for money. The check-in is easy peasy thanks to the video instructions sent beforehand. The room has a functional and adjustable heating.

The bottom of shower door sealing was broken, therefore water was leaking out to the foor.

A simple but good furnished apartment. Everything that was needed for a comfortable no-frills stay. Nicely clean and simple to gain access. Location was excellent next to the station.

The sink needs a bit of maintenance. And when I arrived I needed to fit the cover to the duvet! I would expect this to have been done upfront.

One thing was upsetting: in the morning it turned out that the toilet was leaking. There was nothing to clean up the dirty water because there was only toilet paper and towels. I wrote to the owners about the problem and asked them to leave a mop or rag if it could not be fixed. When we returned, the leakage had decreased, but the person who repaired the toilet wiped the water with our towel and left everything in the same condition as in the photo. Of course, it was no longer possible to use it.

The apartment was as described. Very close to the train station, easy to find, also managed to self-check in the evening without any problems. The kitchen is well-equipped, the linens were clean. Soap, shampoo, and towels are present. Considering the price, the apartment meets all expectations.
