The hotel was busy with renovations but the inconvenience was minimal.

The room was very clean, the coffee was free and the location was central with easy access to the public transport

The staff are friendly but could be more helpful around recommendations for restaurants or local.bars. when asking about getting wifi l was given a map. No one knew l can get e SIM o line easily.

I didn't do breakfast but appreciated the coffee and croissant. Location great My view was of the scaffolding

Great little hotel, staff was awesome, they were happy to hold the luggage over the weekend while I visited another city. Highly recommend the Delphi!

The place is very nicely located, I love the neighborhood as someone who used to live in Amsterdam and visit for work and to visit friends but not for tourist attractions. However if you’re a tourist there’s very good public transport super close by and it’s nice to see another side of Ams that is not the center

This hotel is a little quaint...old world.. I love it. if you're looking for 'glitz' this is not it.

It was off a very quiet (for the most part) side street, very close to the Tram 5 and Tram 12 stops. Easy to get to museums and Central Station. Loved the helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful..Would highly recommend this for your stay in Amsterdam. Also, my reservation offered a free taxi from the airport !!!!

Unfortunately we booked a small double room which was a little snug.

Well located, 15 minute walk to either the south station, which is a 7 minute journey to the airport, or the museum district. Excellent breakfast with plentiful choice of hot and cold food. Free coffee facility in the comfortable lounge area which can be accessed all day. Clean room with a comfortable bed and excellent pillows. Efficient and friendly staff

The “eco/green” policy with towels was not followed, despite sign in bathroom; all towels were replaced every day.

Quiet, in a residential neighborhood with trees but a short walk to shops, cafes, and transit. Very nice staff, 24-hr desk, comfortable and well-equipped room with spacious bathroom (very deep bathtub).

Traveled to Amsterdam for the first time for pleasure and business. The Delphi was located in a nice location, staff were helpful and friendly, and everything I asked for (e.g. an iron, band-aids, directions) was given to me. I felt very welcomed and it was a lovely experience. BTW, I loved the candle lighting in the evening in the dining/living room. Nice touch!

We stayed only one night and had not taken the breakfast package so we nothing more to share. Everything was great.

Location was good, very close to a high street and tram station. There is a quiet green space across the hotel. The room was big and comfortable. They had a small basket of complimentary snacks which was a cute touch!

We loved it all. Each member of the staff was personable and engaged in conversation. The room was a wonderful place to return to after a busy day. The bed was comfortable, the air worked great. We loved having coffee and tea available downstairs.

The hotel was very pretty, in a great location, rooms had large windows and lots of light. The staff was super friendly, they allowed us to check in earlier. Free coffee and tea 24h was amazing! Will 100% recommend and go back.

Central - but not too in the hustle and bustle. 5 min walk to the tram and the staff were really helpful with directions and how to navigate what tram for what. Loved the room , very clean and bonus free coffee all day!

Room was a little dusty ie remote control bedside lights & cobwebs on ceiling lights. But otherwise clean. Comfortable beds.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Did not have the breakfast, however there was free coffee, with good selection, & tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Easily reached by 10 minute walk & 15 minute & tram ride from station. Comfortable beds.
