Bathroom very outdated and not so clean, a lot of spiders and urine smell as if the toilet hasn’t been cleaned. Quite soft bed. Room situated on the ground floor next to the main road. There is a cafe near the hotel with live music, so it was very noisy until 3AM

I missed a desk in my room where you could sit and work on your laptop, There was a table, but small and the chair really needs to be replaced :). There was a problem with the alarm, which went off every three hours. I assume that was an isolated incident. I was already told in the morning that it would be repaired. Apologies were made and coffee and vlaai offered for the inconvenience.

I liked the location, the spacious room, easy parking, friendly staff, a very good and extensive breakfast and some shops and pubs within walking distance.

Breakfast: probably due to staff shortage was hard to get replenishment. Not good value for money. The app: nice idea but made me reserve the hotel restaurant giving confirmation but was not available.

The bathroom shows signs of age (many broken tiles, teared silicone, other broken details) and is actually in need of renovation, though still fully functional. Restaurant was closed the day we stayed there. 20 euros per person for breakfast is too much.

The room and bathroom are spacious. The room is quite simple but nicely decorated. The bed was good. There is a kettle in the room. Parking is not directly at the hotel but there is ample public parking space just across the street.

The smell in the hotel was like carpet has just been cleaned and not dried properly. Restaurant menu was extremely limited and expensive when we finally got to view it-its not available online. Staff were off and unhelpful when the hot water stopped working.

The cycle shed needs some upgrades. Not suitable for modern carbon fiber road bicycles. This material is strong but somewhat brittle and must not be damaged.

We were woken up in the middle of the night with fire sirens, which was a big disturbance. To be honest, for such an unpleasant surprise I expected something more than just a verbal excuse. Breakfast is shamefully overpriced in my opinion.

The location is nice and authentic. Free parking. The hotel is clean, and it was not crowded at all.

The bed was perhaps a little hard. My back ached after a nights sleep. Perhaps a better quality mattress is required.

The Village of Mechelen was very picturesque. I loved the setting and its character.

Very very old and not very clean bathrooms. The room in general had some renovations but the bathrooms not. Also a bit noisy when people walk/talk at the corridors. Breakfast not amazing for the price, I would go to a cafe outside to have some breakfast.

Very well located in a small town of Netherlands. The facilities are well kept, nice restaurant area, good parking area next to the property.

The apartment was freezing and took a while to warm up after going to bed. The duvets were also too light for winter season. The restaurant was closed except for breakfast -- and while there are restaurants close by, their kitchens closed at 19.30 / 20.00 which is odd for a Saturday night. Despite checking in online the discount was not applied.

Spacious and clean apartment in a quiet village with a number of restaurants close by. The breakfast offered a good selection and the staff were helpful and attentive (despite being very busy and only 2 of them working in the dining room and reception)

A pity that there is not restaurant open. Must have been great. Also only one restaurant open in the village on Thursday evening. Fully understand that to corona no cook available

Beautiful location in Limburg - south of the Netherlands. Good atmosphere. Nice to sit outside in the garden and enjoy a beer, a wine.
