The hosts are fabulous very informative personable and friendly giving lots of advice and recommendations. Location was perfect for getting around all the sites. We visited the Anne Frank House, (pre book tickets released on line only from the museum on certain days) A boat trip, the museum’s including the diamond museum (free), Monday brick a brack market, the flower market, cheese museum, churches and so much more. Hosts are easy to contact and helpful providing everything and more than we needed. The little personal touches made this stay very welcoming and exceptional thank you 🥰 We felt we were staying with friends.

Everything 😍fabulous location in a very friendly neighbourhood. Plenty of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep away from the hustle of the main areas. Easy to get around, we hired bikes for our duration from around the corner (recommendation of the host with discount) The property is everything and more than we expected. Perfect little courtyard to relax and plan the day with a nice well stocked kitchen area. Bathroom is outstanding excellent shower, warm, modern and well thought out space with lovely under floor heating! The bed is very large and comfortable. The property felt very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Air conditioning available but we preferred to open the patio door with a Peaceful outdoor space.

It was a pleasure meeting Annelies, my friend and I felt very welcomed and comfortable from the moment we got to the property. We loved all the little touches around the apartment, the thoughtful items laid out and how cozy the apartment was. There's a cute little patio outside where we had our coffee every morning. The location was also ideal, so many restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment had both heater and ac, the room temp was just right.

The place was amazing! So clean and cute and cosy, the bathroom is so modern and has a heated floor which is a dream. And there is a brand new air con which is nice to know you have just incase it gets too hot! Annelies the host did everything she could to make us comfortable. On arrival there was champagne and snacks, from chocolate to breakfast items and fruit! One day we got back and there was some stroopwaffles waiting outside for us!! We loved it so much, it genuinely felt like our own little apartment in Amsterdam. Also the area is unreal, really cool and youthful with loads of independent cafes and shops and great food. Also only a 10 min walk to Rembrandt square and the Heineken brewery. 15/20 min walk to Albert Cuyp market.

This place is very private and well located. Not knowing much about Amsterdam before arrival we felt like we had done really well where this was so centrally located. The place is very clean, has everything you need, and the host is extremely welcoming and gracious. We would love to book here again in the future.

Everything!!! Our host - Annelies was so wonderful and welcoming - greated us warmly and offered all we could need. The studio is very cozy, clean and charming - looks better than on the pictures! The host did everything she could to assist us at every point in every possible, even offering us a ride when we were in a hurry for an event! Also gave us a very late check out on the last day, as there were no other guests on that day! She was really wonderful! The studio has all you need, besides cooking stuff, but there are snacks and plenty of good restaurants around. The location is perfect - you are close to everything and still the street is quite and authentic, you really feel like a resident, not just a guest. I would love to be back! Thank you, Annelies!!!

Loved absolutely everything

Beautiful accommodation - spotlessly clean with a fabulous modern bathroom and pretty courtyard and so central - walking distance via the beautiful canals to all the major attractions (Van Gogh museum / the Anne Frank House / Heineken museum and tour / canal tours) and two minutes from the tram stop (number 4 goes directly to the central train station). The hosts were exceptional - a charming couple - nothing was too much trouble - we were met on arrival by Peter who recommended the tapas restaurant Pata Negra at the end of the street - one minute away - a delicious meal and a fantastic start to our holiday. All our queries were answered promptly and they provided wonderful recommendations and suggestions - a particular highlight was a trip to Volendam and then Marken (two typical Dutch villages) by ferry. On arrival, delicious treats were provided including sparkling rosé wine, chocolate and fresh fruit together with bottled water, milk and fruit juice. And the icing on the cake - a bag of stroopwafels left outside our room in a gift bag which we found on our return from a day out. Annelies also took time to personally introduce herself which was a lovely touch. The property has a plethora of restaurants and bars all within a 5 minute walk - an amazing choice of cuisines. We particularly enjoyed the Mexican restaurant Colima Cocina which was one minute away. On ourlast day, our luggage was stored free of charge which was so helpful. Amsterdam is a fabulous city and I simply cannot recommend this property enough - if it’s free, book it

Honestly we were really happy with the place, nothing comes to mind.

The location was perfect for me, not in rhe tourist center and in a lively area with everything you need. It was a great home base for a few days of conference, since it's on tram line 4 wich goes to the RAI conference center. Bed was comfortable, the flat is cozy, Annelies was friendly when greeting and gave us a few tips for what we could do around the place and in Amsterdam. I'd book again if I was in Amsterdam!

Facilities and location, cleanliness and that large terrace for a relaxed and quite evening after a long walking tour in the city were all perfect for any kind of visit to Amsterdam. Our host was not present at the time but she gave us all the tips about the environment, and make sure our stay is fully enjoyable. She was really kind and helpful as well. Thanks again to her for being a great host.
