Friendly and warm welcome by the host. We stayed in the first day and it didn't feel like a waste of time because the place is cozy, offers a few coffee/tea options and it is indeed a great place to have a rest. The bed is very comfortable and the place is quiet even though airplanes fly above (only in the morning) and the main road is nearby. The courtyard is a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee, sometimes you can see some playful rabbits. We were provided with enough utensils for our two night stay and we were satisfied with the cleanliness.

This is by far my favourite B&B in the Amsterdam area. The accomodation is beautiful and is being constantly improved. Despite the close proximity to the city and the airport it is very calm and chill. If I get the chance, I will definitely be back.

The only cons is the Bus to the apartment is not operate during weekend, so we need to take Uber every forth & back which cost quite a bit. However, this is not the hotel's fault, just a kind sharing to those who travel with public transport / weekend likes me.

The host Laura is extremely friendly and helpful in guiding me to the location. The apartment itself was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the thoughtful facilities/amenities provided. I wholeheartedly recommend Noxem to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable & welcoming stay in Amsterdam.

We absolutely liked the unit, its interior, decoration and fit out. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh bread rolls (still warm) and everything you could wish for including fresh fruit. kitchen well fitted out with all appliances needed. the owners ae a lovely young couple with two Children , and they cannot do enough for you to make you comfortable.

It’s a little rural. There is a bus stop just round the corner but the service isn’t 100% reliable and doesn’t run at the weekend. Laura is happy to loan bikes and it’s only approx 20 min ride to the nearest train station so it’s manageable and actually very pleasant.

Beautiful accommodation in a rural setting. The property is a high standard, very clean and equipped well.

A stove top and freezer compartment in the fridge. Have a convection oven and a egg boiler but you cannot cook in the unit.

The bed was so comfortable. The facility is clean and well maintained. Laura is very friendly and helpful and easy to talk to. The furnishings are nice. Very nicely set up, loved the place.

very clean and comfortable. we’re even able to use the Netflix and prime in the evenings when we got home. away from everything and very relaxing. halfway between Haarlem and Amsterdam, everywhere we could cycle and the train station was just a short cycle away. Uber taxis were very good and not expensive

the owners were more than hospitable. providing us with bicycles and giving us a lift to the airport. if we wanted anything we text Laura as she instructed and she got back to us straight away. nothing was to much for them. highly recommended

Breakfast was good enough. There are several closed complementary products in the room, including a quality coffee maker and an egg cooker. Every request for completion was well taken care of by the hosts. All in all it was delicious and pleasant.

Our stay was not inclusive of breakfast. The hostess did provide us with an excellent suggestion for dinner at a Belgian restaurant less that half mile away, which served classic Belgian dishes...great food! And she provided details about using public transportation to get to the Brussels city center easily, so did not have to try to drive there. We had arranged to park our car in a garage associated with the property, and she told yus how to avoid driving into the city center, and do so in the most economical manner to avoid unnecessary expense.

Apartment is so lovely and brand new with everything needed. First of all, Laura and Sander have some kind of characters, friendly and pleasant for us to feel like staying at friend's house. They were trying their best to meet our needs. Good Location easy to go Amsterdam, Kukenhof and beach. Although Amsterdam Airport is not far from there and the house is located between main road and hiway, not noisy at all~! There are huge green fields and the apartment building has excellent sound proof. Nice super market nearby (4 min by car) Don't miss to try Ribeye & marinated hamburger meat (good price & excellent quality) Thank you Laura & Sander~! ^^

No in home kitchenette to cook on - we would have like to scramble our eggs (there was an outdoor stove but no pots/pans). To keep air moving we left doors open and flies got in and was difficult to kill them and get out (a door screen would be nice) but we could have closed the curtains.

Very spacious, clean and well organized apartment! All amenities we needed, restocked breakfast supplies every 2 days and fresh bread each morning. Check-in super easy with the key lock box. Hosts responded to any questions quickly. Free parking on site and quick easy access to many surrounding cities. At night we could relax outside on the terrace or sit upstairs and put on some netflix.

Traveling with another couple, the privacy of two separate apartments next door to each other was perfect. The apartments had all the conveniences we needed and were clean and cozy. The refrigerator was stocked with breakfast/snack foods and fresh bread was delivered daily. The location was ideal for seeing Kuekenhof Gardens, Delft, and Haarlem with a car. Close to the airport. Parking on site was handy.
