Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomSome of the equipment needed a bit of maintenance- we had three apartments and in two of them the dishwashers were difficult to operate because of excessive wear. One coffee machine leaked when you filled it with water, one apartment had no opening windows which meant it got a bit hot and stuffy .
The location was convenient for getting into central Amsterdam, on the train it took only a few minutes, on the tram about half an hour. The apartments were well appointed generally.

The location was so easy to get into the city centre. Train station was only a few minutes walk from the apartment and the train to the city centre was only a few minutes. The rooms were very big and the staff were so lovely to us. They were also really helpful with recommendations on things to do etc. 100% will book these apartments the next time I'm in Amsterdam.

Location ideal for public transportation inro the city. Studio rooms large and spacious and clean. Good value for money, especially compared to central city hotels

IndonesiaNeed to spare time around 30 minutes to go to city center by tram, or 15 minutes to go to city center by Train. Other than that, it is very good hotel.
Strategic location near Amsterdam Sloterdijk station which can get you directly to Amsterdam Centraal and Zaanse Schaans (by Sprinter/Intercity) and city center by Tram no 19 and Bus no. 22. Room is convenient, all of kitchen utensils are available. Clean room, there is a laundry room 24/7 with 6 euro per washing + drying. Recommended.
